There is some room to improve. Placed the order Tuesday evening, paid instantly with credit card and received the item the following Monday. Not good enough, especially when you expect to use the tool on the weekend. An invoice is what I haven´t seen at all so far and the wrapping of my tool surprised me as well, because it wasn´t wrapped at all.

I asked for no plastic packaging in delivery notes but you failed to comply. The product is good but the packaging is a lot to be desired.

Had to ring about my order and was only then dispatched.

Second time i have used handyhardware and in both cases delivery was more than the quoted 2 to 5 days. Wouldnt use them again. They are not the cheapest plenty of other better companies with quicker delivery.
