Poor service, payements should not be taken if products not in stock within a reasonable period of time at least and should be informed by a simple email which would be fine.
I wouldnt mind waiting on something if I got some communication.
Generic emails and no answer on phone.

Ordered two blades and just got one. Had to email company to be told that second one was no longer available. Blade sent was poorly packaged and arrived bent

Took longer to process the order than stated on website. No notification that order was ready. Ordered the evening of Monday 25th, rang Friday 29th because I hadn't heard anything, to which I was then informed my order was ready. Also previous order ID47218 was delivered incomplete, to which took time to chase up.
