Order placed on the 7th of April.
Notifiied it was shipped on the 21st April !!!!!
AN Post tracking has not record of it on their tracking system.
Now the 24th ,
STILL WAITING> 1
NOT VERY GOOD>
2nd recent order with poor delivery. i. more than 5 days.

I really regret not checking the below reviews before I wasted my money in this shop. 2 weeks and no trace of package being sent. Very poor shop plenty of better options to order from, so last time for me.

Terrible communication, ordered over 10 days ago still not here

Ordered a mitre saw as the price looked quite reasonable. Was under impression that delivery is 3-5 working days. Got email stating that the product delivery would be delayed due to shipment from overseas supplier until 10 working days. I emailed them to request refund as tool needed urgently. They did not reply at all. Lodged complaint with PayPal and they still didn't reply. Waited for a day and called them, they then proceeded to tell me that the tool would not be in stock for another 2 working weeks. Still waiting on refund. Stay clear of this company worst online experience for me to date!

Over 7 days waiting.for delivery.

Told me the order was ready to collect drove all the way in but they were missing an item. Was told that item would be shipped the following Monday but wasnt shipped for a full week after that.
