I ordered sanitizing foam on April 22nd. Still have not received it. Sent two emails in the hopes of getting information, no answer. Tried getting customer service on the phone, after two repetitions of the automated voice giving me the customer service email. It hung up on me. Buyer beware indeed .

I saw advertisement on tv & was impressed with product & price ($9.99 to $14.99 with free shipping).
I called & waited over an hour to speak to a representative. I didn't want to use the automated system. I waited on hold & finally got someone on the line. It was a person with thick Indian dialect & connection was bad. He wanted to sell me like 8 tiny bottles of hand sanitizers for $80.00!! When I refused, he told me I would have to use internet to order. I was frustrated & thought even tho I didn't want to - I would use the automated system. I started using this auto system & AFTER I gave them my credit card number - was cut off. I did not authorize the purchase & didn't even give a shipping address. I thought it was automatically canceled & checked my card charges for a week & I thought this confirmed the cancelation. Well, lo & behold - a week & a half later - a charge of $29.14 showed up!! I called my bank & they couldn't help me. I would have to deal with handvana/bubhead.
I emailed numerous times to say I wanted refund but no answer. I am thoroughly disgusted...............
This company is a SCAM & they continue to run their ads all the time on television. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered.

I ordered this over a month ago and never received. They state in their FAQs that they don't charge until shipping which is a lie. The charged my card and never was it removed as they state until shipping. STAY AWAY THEY ARE A FRAUD.

I ordered Handvana on April 15, 2020. Five weeks later I received a form letter apologizing for the delay and stating my order would be "delayed 2 weeks." On June 8, after seeing TV ads stating that the product was "AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENT!!" I called the 800 number and was told that my order would ship in 2-3 weeks. Today (6/14) I called, got the same "2-3 weeks" line, and CANCELLED my order. Remember: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I placed an ordered on April 7,2020, On Monday the 4th of May I sent an email stating I wanted to cancel my order. This company doesn't seem to acknowledge email or phone calls. Today I checked my CC account and the slimballs of this company charged my card for my order. Reading some of the other reviews, I feel I will not get anywhere with this company but a run around.

I order the product online on April 9, 2020. At that time I was charged $94.81 for a gallon and a bottle and was told it could take up to six weeks. On May 22nd I called the customers service to see where my product was. I was told there was a backlog and the customer service rep offered another $20 discount on the product, if I was willing to wait up to another six weeks. Today, July 3, 2020 I called customer service again because I had not received the product. I was told my order was cancelled due to a " technical glitch." My opinion? The greedy company realized they could sell my product, the one they confirmed I would receive on April 9th, to somebody else for more money. I was not even given the courtesy of an email to inform me they sold my product to the highest bidder. I wouldn't buy from them. In the three months since I first ordered it I have found other ways to keep germ free and they are much less expensive.

I was considering ordering from Handvana. I was about to purchase and check out on their check out page, and I changed my mind. I couldn't justify the price. So I retracted my credit card info., name and address and closed their page out. Two weeks later I received their package in the mail and their bill on my credit card. I called multiple times with no answer. I called my credit card they told me to do an online return. You can't do that without first sending a e-mail. Fine, went through that process. Still nothing. Today i called talked to the RUDEST sales associate that didn't know anything beyond his preset speech sheet. And got REALLY belligerent with me when I insisted that the web sight caught and STOLE my info. When I told him he is working for a crooked company he laughed at me! Oh ya.. LAUGHED STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I think I need to cancel my credit card now.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! After finally receiving the product, I decided I did not want it and I immediately contacted the company via phone to request a refund. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, my call was answered by a representative from a call center, that appeared to be in India. After spending another 35 minutes on the phone with this individual I realized that the company will not honor its 100% satisfaction guarantee promise. They make it extremely difficult to request a refund or to receive a full refund for the purchase price. First, the representative attempted to talk me into keeping the product, and when I refused, he could not locate my order in their system, despite me providing him with the order number that was provided on the the shipping invoice. The company's return policy requires the consumer to contact the company to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After devoting over an hour of my time on the phone in an attempt to obtain an RMA number, the representative informed me that he was unable to provide me with an RMA number. Without an RMA number the company says I will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Finally, when the representative provided me with the lengthy instructions required to return the product, he informed me that I had to write to the company at two different addresses to request a refund. To me, this company operates based on deception, intentional confusion, and appears to be unethical. Bottom line - I decided to throw the product away and not pursue a refund because I don't want to spend additional money shipping the product back to the company, so that that they can resell it to some other unsuspecting consumer, and I don't trust that I will ever receive my money back. My next review will be with the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered handvanna sanitizer May 9th 2020. It now June 16th still no product. Got a post card last week it's been delayed 35 days. I cancelled my order immediately. Sent them many email only to get a response twice that I need to be more patient.

I ordered this product on March 31,2020.I had hoped to get my product from them during the first trimester of a human gestation period but I guess that is asking too much.I next attempted to cancel my order but that is virtually impossible given their hidden return message setup.So,regardless as to when they finally send my order,I intend on returning the order to them.There is nothing on this earth that I need that I can't get in less time than these clowns think appropriate. Never buy anything from these people.Oh,yea,my credit card was charged for this product, the first week of April.

I don't remember when I called the television ad number, but my account was charged on April 14. It was at least 2 weeks prior that I had called. They advertise $9.99 and free shipping. The phone number is 100% automated, and it turned out was only 9.99 if you ordered 10 units. As the number you ordered went down, the price went up. I don't recall what it was for 1 can, but maybe $14.99, so I must have paid shipping, too, for a total of $23.90.
When I was on phone with the machine and after I put my info it, I was told my card had been declined and to put in another card number. I hung up. Then, thinking that was the end of it, I didn't give it another thought until maybe 2 weeks later they charged my account. (Yes, the one that I was told had been declined. Sure glad I didn't give them another number.) I immediately googled for a customer service number, called and agent said that I would have to email [email protected], which I did right away. I reminded them of my "declined card," insisted they cancel the order and refund my money. Never got a reply. Five days later I resent that email; still no reply. Then yesterday the package came. I advise anyone to avoid this company. I have bought Purell hand sanitizer at my grocery store (ask pharmacist) and at Walgreen's, also have to ask as it is not on shelf. Grocery store was $2.79 for 6 oz.; pharmacy was $1.89 for 2 oz.
I have not used this yet, so I can't say anything about the product. But I sure don't like being ripped off.

I ordered their product on April 4, 2020 confirmation #637215824552020787. I've sent several emails asking to cancel my order but however they won't respond to my numerous requests to cancel my order!!! Please be aware that they have another sister company called Hempvana and it's more than likely that they're under the same model of not responding to your requests of canceling your orders or refunds but however I did NOT try to order anything from Hempvana as I had my gut full of dealing with Handvana!!! I truly hope that this review helps in you making an informed choice in dealing with Handvana or Hempvana!!! Good day!!!

I haven't received shipment and I ordered it over five weeks ago. Not worth disputing with my cc co. After reading all the reviews, I think I won't be getting it any time soon. Company is unscrupulous. They continue to advertise with the doctor praising the product. Shameful.

We ordered from the website on April 1. At that time there was a notice that it would ship in 2 - 3 weeks. I have sent two requests for status, both of which have gone unanswered. I will bet $$$ this product is not made in the US, it is made in China. A phone call over the weekend connected me to a very unhelpful Asian woman who acted like she didn't care about my order. I will be disputing the charge on my card.

The disinfecting agent is not approved by the CDC. Are benzalkonium chloride-containing hand rub products an acceptable alternative to ABHR for COVID-19?
