The first HandiKart (for canoe portage) was faulty. I called HandiWorld and a replacement was sent immediately. It is fine and looks to be an excellent bit of kit and I can’t wait to put it to good use. I also have one of the sack trollies and the wheels are inter changeable which is a real bonus.

We can't speak highly enough of Handiworld. We have only used the rack and bag once and were delighted. The weather was horrific but no rain got in the bag, there was a leak on one strap coming into the car but that was user error not putting it on properly! The other 3 straps worked perfectly with the bag and sponge catching the drips. We found an issue with one of the racks fraying and we contacted Handiworld when we got back home and after sending them a photograph it was replaced immediately. Customer service and product both fantastic.

We ordered the Handirack and holdall for a camping trip with a 5 hour drive to get there. Both are extremely well made and sturdy. It rained torrentially for most of the drive and the sponges did an excellent job. My other worry was that I drive a 3 door Yaris, but the whole thing worked out fine. Everything was bone dry on arrival. We used the Handiduffel inside which was a really good idea for wet weather. We were able to transport the duvet and pillows straight into the tent inside it without them getting wet.
I would recommend familiarising yourself with the instructions before you actually need to use the system ( we did not) and this took us longer than anticipated because of that.
It has been a great product so far.
