We are very pleased with the shipment of our coffee mugs. They are so well packed that all have survived shipping. The quality of the mug is great, and our church logo looks awesome! We plan on selling most, and the giving some away. We also liked the price! Thank you for all of your assistance on our order!

Ross is an incredible person. I had never heard of Halo and it only took me 10 minutes of talking to him to keep us from going anywhere else. We have already made one large branded purchase and plan on making many more in the future with Ross' help. Thank you so much Halo and thank you so much Ross. You all are worth 10 stars, too bad I can only give 5. ;)

I was very hopeful and slightly disappointed. I asked for a virtual proof and still had to contact customer service before I heard back from a representative (about 3 days later) and then this representative was very short and didn't answer my questions well. The first virtual proof had the colors mixed up and I had to request another proof, which took another day or two. Once again emailed my representative and waited nearly a week for a response, before I emailed again. Once again, very short and didn't really help answer my questions. I received my product a day or two ago and my company logo is smudged on about 75% of the product. I was looking for a deal so I can't complain about the price, but I expected the print to be better quality.

I enjoyed working with Anita. She understood what we were trying to accomplish, and was very prompt sending us proofs of the revisions. She was very patient as we adjusted our layout. The items were very good quality.

I recently ordered paper coffee cups with our emblem on them. While looking through the website, I was contacted by customer service rep Lynette. She assisted me with the entire process and followed up with me on several occasions to make sure that I was familiar with the process. I had visited other websites looking for the cups but she was the most helpful.

Anita was wonderful! She helped us to get our shirts on time and the shirts were a huge hit! We really stood out among the 600 other Veterans at the National Veterans Wheelchair Games. We had several people ask about our shirts and where we got them. We were more than happy to share Halos information to other Veterans. Thank you so much!

Excellent service. Highly recommend; no need to shop around or look any further. Continual communication and updates. Faster than exoected responses; same day, mostly same time of day. Patient, very patient. I was not 100% certain what style of table cloth exactly I planned to order. Assisted with getting order placed in a timely manner to meet a deadline and factually shared delivery date by reaching out and communicating directly with people involved in creating and shipping tbe product. After an initial communication hiccup on my end, I finally connected with my rep/designer. She was very polite and thorough. Their process is a little unconventional for someone who is not used to ordering a lot of things on the internet, meaning that the rep was not an in-house rep and the item that I ordered was actually fulfilled by a third party. In the end though, I thought the service was very good and the final product was just what I wanted.
