I still have the paperwork from the Hale door I bought in 1999 for my Portuguese Water Dog! Liked it so much I bought a second one for out bedroom slider screen. We are still using both of them! Today we are about to install our third. Great product! Lasting quality. Easy to install. All three of my dogs over the years have used them, loved them.

Had an issue with the original door order due to how the door selection process determines what is a suitable door application. I contacted customer service via email and Hale Pet Door called me promptly the next day. Customer service resolved my issue with not extra cost and sent the correct door. The new pet door installed easily and works great.

This purchase/exchange was the most pleasant experience I've had with a company in forever. I was so excited to find just the pet door I needed when doing an online search. Ordering online was easy and I really liked that they donated to where I rescued/adopted my cats. When I received the product I was so excited. But as I quickly found out, I ordered the wrong size for my door. I called the customer service number and the lady was amazing, fantastic and oh so helpful. She explained what size I needed, helped with my return and ordered me what I needed. My life would be much more stress free and joyful if every business I encountered were as wonderful as Hale Pet Door!!!

The pet door is extremely well constructed and was a breeze to install. My dogs were using it in under 10 minutes. The company communicated with me from the moment I ordered to when it was installed. Normally I don't take the time to do these feedback surveys but Hale Pet Doors was so incredible to deal with. They hit the bullseye with customer satisfaction.

I recently purchased a replacement door flap to replace the replacement door flap I bought last year. It's a nice heavy flap that fits the opening in the Hale Pet Door perfectly. It was a little tricky to install, but last year's flap developed a crack in the upper right hand corner of the flap - the same place the original flap had torn. Hoping this year's flap doesn't do the same thing and have to be replaced again in a year. (I have two dogs that use the door.)

The door was very easy to install. It took me longer to remove the pane of glass in my French door than it did to install the Hale. The measure was spot on.
Construction of the door is top- notch and it looks as. Good as a pet door can. In fact if you don't look too hard, you may not even notice there's a door there.
I recommend this door highly. It only took the cat a couple of days to get used to it.

Had the person from whom we buy our screens install the door and it was difficult for him. Ultimately, he could not get the screen totally flat around the door and it puckers somewhat. Adequate size for my tall Vizslas without taking to much space from the overall door.

I recently called Hale because the strike at the bottom edge came off. I still had the strike, but couldn't find the rivet. Even though it has been more than 7 years since I purchased the door, they sent me a package of 2 new strikes with rivets by priority mail at absolutely no cost. I couldn't be happier with my Hale door. I previously had another brand with only one flap and the amount of cold air it let in during winter months was incredible. My double flap door keeps the basement nice and toasty.

Hale pet security door is by far the best door on the market. Nothing else comes close. What's even better is that the donate some proceeds to your animal shelter. Hands down a fantastic company. This is the second door we purchased built to last is a shame we didn't take the door with us from our last home. I have a feeling they will enjoy it for years to come.
