I have only gone for 1 appointment so far for my upper lip. My experience was very good! Trisstan at the Chilliwack clinic was very informative to what she was doing and very professional. The pain wasn't to much but I did purchase the numbing cream for the next visit to make my experience more relaxing. Trisstan talked to me the whole time making my experience less anxiety filled. I would highly recommend Trisstan at Jade Chilliwack for your permanent hair removal needs.

I got my upper lip completely done and just the thick hairs on my chin. Took about a year and a half, going every 2 weeks and then spacing it out. Some say the process is painful but I didn't get any numbing cream, I sort of learned to enjoy the pain, and chit chatting with the person who was doing the process for me, or watching tv.

I can tell you I've never had to even THINK about my hair on my face since then, and before I shaved almost every day (and waxing ripped the skin off my face almost scarring me).

The owner was straight up, skilled, and a calm person to be in the room with. We could talk, we could not talk, I could watch tv, it was totally up to me. Much appreciation for this service! Everyone should do this at some point in their life.
