I've ordered from this company about 5 or 6 times. I was satified with the quality hair and shipping times until my last order which was almost 2 months ago that I still haven't received. I contacted customer 2 weeks after placing my order and was told it shipped and was given a tracking number. When tracked it says its a pre-shipment, meaning they are preparing to ship it. Its been 2 months and still nothing has changed. It still says its in china and its preparing to ship. When I contact the company they say that the shipping information isn't up to date and that its shipped but yet they don't show any proof of it. I am a regular online shopper and haven't had any issues with usps or other shipping agenices tracking systems. I doubt it takes 2 months to update a shipping record of an item. I was told 6 days ago that they would send it again as express and send me a new tracking number...still no word or package from them. I am beyond fusterated now. I wanted to have these in time for the beyonce concert I just attended and didn't. Now I'm just over it and want my money back. As for the quality of the hair from past experience, its ok. I don't wear it for long periods of time nor do I dye it so I haven't encountered some of the other issues others have. I have notice that the cury hair does become very tangled and matted after time which can be a pain to detangle. I rather toss is and buy a new bundle.

if i were you. i wouldnt give this company your money. A friend and i ordered hair extensions and got it 2 weeks later. (website listed it as 5-7 bussiness days) we didnt complain. When it came i was shocked. i ordered blonde hair #6 and it was dark brown??? My friends hair was a dark black when she ordered a lighter black but it still worked for her. but for mine i needed to change it to an actual blonde. i was hesitant as i read reviews online that they dont even send you anything back. i told them i wanted to exchange the item and they said no it takes too long to process. . . . if you want you can have a $5 discount???? really. . . .thats not really a professional response and i paid way more than $5 can compensate. so i responded that i would not exept their $5 and wanted to do an exchange. (btw my friend really liked hers so far)
AND Stupid me, i ordered another extension set online because i was very impatient and paid express shipping. waiting a week and half and my shipping status was still at processing.

hmm. that doesnt make sense. why would i purchase a new set and pay for express shipping if i didnt want them right away. . . . ??? I found it very unprofessional, rude and this had very poor grammer. . .
i asked them to cancel my order as i will not wait another 5-7 days for them to actually ship my order than who knows how long that will take me. . .
hope no one has to go through the headache i have with this company.
