Loyal customer since 2011, until just recently. THE GOOD: Honest business people. Make a good faith effort to satisfy unsatisfied customers. Customer service is a strong suit- accessible and responsive. THE BAD: Poor quality hair systems. THE UGLY: Hair systems can be returned and replaced if unsatisfied. Be prepared to wait 8-11 weeks for replacement. Expect to be disappointed when the quality of the replacement is no better that the hair system you returned.
I waited a year for quality to improve. I fully expected that it would. I was wrong- quality continued to get worse.
