Worst company to deal with, irresponsible, unprofessional, I really want this complaint reach to the founder of this company.
We order 2-3 expensive bed and paid for all the services on top of it, the delivery and planning guy neither installed nor lifted the bed on levels which he was been paid for.
On top of that when we arranged other professional guys in front of them, they started shouting and yelling at us in front of our relatives and neighbours.
The delivery and installation guy left our house without installation or apologizing as if doing favour on us.
Ultimately we have to take our bed on both levels and it's been 1 week we are continously following up with store and planner for installation.
When we asked them to cancell and return the bed they told we will get 50% refund.
This is how you run business, I recommend all not to buy any product from Haco.
They are only focussed on sales part, after sales and maintenance people are useless ( good for nothing )

We recently had a very disappointing experience at Haco in Tilburg. We purchased a acrylic glass picture that was damaged. We realized that two weeks later, because we wanted to keep the picture wrapped until the day that we would hang it. So when we wanted to unwrap it, we discovered two scratches on the back of the painting that you can also see on the front. We did not realize that right away in the store because of the dim lighting there, but in our sunny living room at home, it is very well visible. It seems very clear that when hanging the picture in the store, it was scratched by the screw in the wall. It must have happened in the store, because the damage is under the foil wrap. Now we sent a very friendly email to the store, with pictures that clearly prove what the problem is, and asked how they thought this matter could be resolved. They answered in a very unfriendly manner and also straight-up accused us of lying!! 🤬They wrote exactly: "the picture was'nt damaged when its wrapt for transport" and that they only accept complaints 24h after the purchase. We have PHOTO PROOF that we also sent them showing it was damaged when it was still on the wall in the shop - once you know what to look for, you can actually see it in the photo. I think this is not only bad business, but the opposite of customer-friendly behaviour. This picture cost well over 200 Euros and we can't hang it now because it looks like crap in the sunlight. This dubious shop will never see us back as customers and I hope you guys keep this in mind when shopping for home decor.
You will probably never read about negative reviews on Facebook because Haco censors their page. They check every post before it is published.
