Well I felt I needed to write a review I went into ebbw vale store in a panic because I couldn't find gas to blow up balloon . First person I met was a lady called Sarah . Sarah informed me it's not costumer policy but I can see how upset you are so I will do it . I bought the weights from her and ended up shopping while I waited which wouldn't have done if Sarah said no. I will forever use morrisons . 5 star service it's things like this that sets companies apart . Well done Sarah you made my little girl very happy .

A few tips which , to be fair, possibly apply to many 'online' supermarkets...
1... DON'T order perishables! Not unless you intend freezing them or using them right away!! Just don't! You WILL get stuff relatively close to its use/sell by date! Don't buy a week's worth of Milk (for instance) - you won't be able to look through the rack and get the stuff with the longest date etc... You won't get the best fruit etc either; they WILL pack the stuff you'd leave on the shelf. Understand that the pickers are there to shift stock, and are under pressure to do that; not ensure you get the best customer experience (despite what the PR says).
2... The above applies to bread, cakes etc too! - Just because you can get 50 jam doughnuts for a fiver; having to eat them within 24 hours really isn't a good thing!
3... No, you don't get the same stock or prices as in store, don't expect them! I've found Morrisons good for the odd bottle of beer for instance - but you just won't get the same stuff online.
4... Morrisons are ditching the plastic bags (yay!) Have boxes or reusable bags at the door... I've really NOT found the drivers keen to help you into the house with stuff.
5... IRRITATINGLY Morrisons will send you a printable list of your order n an email; it just won't show quantities; which doesn't help YOU check your order at the door... Print your list out, add quantities etc...
6... ANNOYINGLY its not possible to change your delivery slot - even if you're within the time for editing the order! Or if it is, I'm totally bugled as to how you go about it! - The UI (I used to teach UI design) is pretty poor... It looks as though if you try to change things you get charged twice ! - Maybe you do, maybe you don't - I've no interest in finding out the hard way! They need to sort this!
7... Not found a driver who was unpleasant - but they do just want to get on, and are often not at their best; who can blame 'em? It's not a job I'd fancy. - There's a limit of course but do cut 'em a little slack! They just drive a van and humph stuff about; they didn't pick nor pack your order, aren't responsible for corporate governance and as far as I can tell, none of them started World War Two nor took a blowtorch to the Polar Ice Caps!

Watch your favourite items disappear before your very eyes!
Sick and tired of these re tards taking off items when they sell out or change them in some way. So many of my items in the favourites that i order on a weekly basis start disappearing. First all there own brand fizzy drinks, now there own hot chocolates and others daily.. WT F is wrong with your employee's? just put "out of stock" to no longer see items there gives the impression that they may never be back again or something is wrong with that product we've been consuming. How hard is it to do your job well and listen to your customer feedback. look at this page it's FULL of poor service. Be better and be there for your wage payers.. US!

I had an appaling meal at Morrisons on Albion Way in Norwich. I waited more than 35 minutes for my food. It was likewarm and resulted in a severe tummy upset. The store did not offer any compensation for my tummy upset.
Their customer service centre is a disgrace.

Delivery turned up at 10.30pm. Dumped all the bags in the hallway, only when I got the bags upstairs found three tubs of cream had been put in the bottom of the bag which had split so Grapes, Corned Beef, and of the Cream were all fit for bin.
Unhelpful staff at the service centre, had to go and get carpet cleaner this morning to finish cleaning the mess they created.
Could do with training staff on how to deal with customers
No more Morrisons orders for the ten members of the family that I have delivered here while they are out
CEO sent photos of the damage

I feel robbed by Morrisons in Dagenham tonight. Morrisons refused to refund a calculator bought under 10mins which was not fit for my purpose. The buttons are too small and I have arthritis in my joints.
Staff called Phil (refused to supply surname) simply refused to see reason, felt so arrogant and insisted no refunds on electronics. the calculator was still in it's packaging untouched. Claimed Morrison is a private company and does not have to comply with any law or Consumer Protection Rights Act. He even threatened to ban me from the shop when I told him I need to take his picture for my complaint.
when I challenged him that the refund policy was not on display anywhere near the Calculators isle, he said I should have read their refund policy online before coming to the store. totally lacked customer service or insight.
I want my money back!

So not happy
So not happy, brought a tray of fresh fish on sunday, when I got to the checkout, I noticed it had leaked, I asked the cashier for a small bag & she replied "sorry I can't do that" (yes I know were trying to be eco friendly but I had 3 large reusable bags at the time material cloth) the cashier wrapped it in newspaper, however when I got home it had leaked everywhere, so my 20 per cent off fish wasn't a bargain after all, will avoid in future as the means hasn't justified the end & yes on hind sight I should of just brought a 20p bag but it was a small piece of fish & now my car stinks...sign

Done my first online shop, normally Asda! Delivery was on time, driver was very friendly and got everything I ordered, dates were good on all items and meat looks tasty! Can’t fault anything and will now use Morrison’s from now on!
Note, The Shopping either came from the Alloa or Stirling Branch, unsure which one delivers but great!

My husband and I shop in Morrisons Ayr and have found them to be very good over the last 6 years since we came to this area. We were in shopping last week and then again a few days later. In that time, changes had been made in store as part of the refurbishing. We were having a look around to find out where the bread was when this young man stopped and said ' Can I help you, you look as though you are lost'. We said we were and that we were looking for the bread. He said to follow him and he would show us where it was. We discovered that he was in fact a member of the staff but that he was on his day off. He did not have to do that, he could have walked on by. Very mannerly of him and a good employee for you to have. We understand his name is David Ashburn. Regards Duncan & Elizabeth Henderson

I’m a disabled pensioner and unable to shop in store. My order placed for delivery Friday 20th Sept was cancelled due to a glitch in store, this was after a phone call saying it would be late. They applied to my bank for payment £99.75. Customer services told me to reschedule the delivery but after I complained she rearranged delivery for Sunday 22nd. I received an email on Sunday saying it was on it’s way. I checked my online banking to see how much had been taken. They had applied for another £99.95 I phoned customer services and was told they hadn’t applied for payment but one they earmarked those payments they are no longer available to me. I wanted the Friday payment back but was told it would be a few days. I was offered £10 worth of points onto my more card. I asked to speak to a manager but was told she wasn’t working Sunday, strange when the girl I’d spoken to not half hour before said she had spoken to her. I was promised a call next day, surprise surprise no call. To make matters worse I decided to go through complaints about Morrisons on line, one I came across was a member of staff from the in store cafe. She was moaning about a lot of things but she said worst of all were “OLD PEOPLE who had nothing to do with their day except moan complain” I think that’s the exact wording I was so upset by my whole experience this was the last straw. Why are on line shoppers being treated like second class citizens?

Up until the beginning of September I was really satisfied with my Morrison's deliveries. The order was picked at a large warehouse and delivered to my door by Acado.
There was rarely a problem, but now that the deliveries come direct from a Morrison's store the service is not good at all.
The online website does not offer half of the items which used to be available. I could order birthday cards, nutmeg clothing and many other useful things, now its very basic, and that's if you can get everything you order which I haven't done yet!!!! So all in all Morrison's have taken a big step backwards in Home deliveries. I for one will be considering using another supermarket.

We've recently had £25 worth of vouchers stolen from our app. Contacted customer services who have point blank refused to do anything about it. Shocking customer service, I will never shop with them again and I was an extremely loyal customer.

Over the last four weeks morrisons online ordering service has gone seriously down bank, with a website overhaul leaving many popular items unavailable, I have had some crazy substitutions like 56 cans of diet coke in replacement of 7*1.25l bottles. I have also noticed them stocking loma linda brand of tuna, where if you do your research originates from a place called loma linda nr. California, where the whole town operates on weird russian ideology. HAVE MORRISONS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY COMMUNISTS. ?????????

So very disappointed in Morrisons. we have been loyal customers for many years at their Camden Town London Branch. Recently on 3 different dates I have brought to their attention that they have a number of Freezer Cabinets that are not working correctly because the cabinets are totally frozen over - an indication that food has defrosted and has been frozen again. I have sent them photos explaining that the food inside the cabinets are likely to now be a health hazard. They 'promised' to contact the store manager and yet over a period of over 3 weeks the cabinets still remain selling iunsafe food. Morrisons should be ashamed of their basic lack of food safety!

Morrison's Basingstoke Road is really not a good place to shop, standards are low -
Stocks of meat and veg is irregular, they don't seem to be on the ball with replenishing stock, always run out of the same items.
The public toilets are disgusting, very unsettling, especially if you're disabled and have no choice, but to use them, I end up leaving the store depressed, frustrated and deflated. Don't go there, not worth your time or energy, go to Tesco's or Asda, pricing are same level and much more variety/ stock.

Our first Morrisons home delivery will be our last. On the plus side the driver was on time and friendly
The fruit and veg picker needs to check dates and condition of items before placing in the delivery van. Should of just thrown them straight into the bin and saved me a job

My partner and I tried the new coffee to go area in the Jarrow branch. We usually go to the regular cafe but found this so much quicker and the coffee was excellent barista style. Staff (Heather,Lorraine and Ingrid )were very friendly and helpful and the decor is really nice. What a great idea for either coffee to go or a quick coffee break. Will most certainly be using this again. Service and coffee A+ Thank you

Over the past few months been in Redditch store .. on getting home I checked receipt against what I bought Only to find items were overcharged . I went back once as some razors were reduced from£7 to £4 But charged me £7 .. I went back the next day to make sure I read it correct .. it was so I went to customer care who then checked and then refunded me the difference.. on three occasions after I was charged higher prices so I don’t shop there any more .. we should trust that they are doing their job correctly.. too many mistakes for my liking .
