Morrisons Petrol Station Reading - No disposal gloves or paper towels at the petrol pump. They need to take a leaf out of Asda's forecourts which are immaculate. Also what the point of having a virtual points card if you can't use it at the pump!

We normally order from Tesco’s but decided to give Morrison’s a try, Honestly a night mare of a situation! We had a slot for Saturday night between 21:00-22:00. At 20:50 we received an email saying that there is a delay and it will be late, At 22:12 we rang CS they said you’re the next drop it’ll be with you in 15 minutes. Waited till 23:30 nothing came so we went to bed. I called the CS Sunday morning first thing they said it’ll be there before lunch. 12:00 came still nothing at 14:30 I rang the CS and they said our local store Haverfordwest had drivers calling in sick so they’re struggling. Finally turns up at 16:30 19 hours after our delivery slot. For the drive to tell me the previous drops he had done were missing trays so mine might me too and guess what it was. Everything missing was for our two week old newborn. This means I now have to go to a shop to sort this something I didn’t want to do. Now I have to wait for the CS team to investigate before I get most of my money back. Worst experience ever avoid at all costs.

Are you missing your deliveries?
Numerous notifications for the West Country have gone to my mobile phone.
I am not a Morrison customer, I have made them aware of this. But they have done absolutely nothing.
This is a nuisance to me and their customers.👎

First and last online delivery, many items were not available which include basics such as bread and lemonade. Van turned up late that within the delivery schedule and we even had one item that had reached its sell by date that day, to make things worse it had a sticker on showing 1/3 of the price, charged full price !!

Having shopped in store and my experience was the lack of social distancing displayed by the staff in particular, I decided to try C&C.
My main issue with the shop is the lack of option to not accept substitutions when ordering.
In my experience substitutions were more expensive and in some cases left me feeling ripped off. For example my choice of 15 eggs were swapped for 6 very expensive ones, which I didn’t spot.
No fresh veg. No multi deals eg 3 different types of meat and fish for £9 so charged for individual items.
I won’t be shopping here again

I have just been - I don't think humiliated is too strong a word - in Morrisons and I will be writing them a strongly worded formal letter of complaint.
I was in Morrisons in Wisbech this morning, buying fruit and vegetables for the animals. Having filled my basket, I made my way to the till. I had just put most of the contents of my basket onto the belt when a member of staff, a petty-minded Jobsworth of a young woman, came up to me and said, "I'm sorry, sir, you'll have to take your basket to the basket-only till."
Now I might have understood her annoyance if I had had a trolley which I'd taken to the basket-only till. But I had a BASKET.
I was so shocked and, if I'm honest, rather embarrassed that I didn't argue but acquiesced. She insisted that I remove all the items OFF the belt and replace them in my basket and then directed me to the basket-only till. (Which took longer than if she had allowed me to leave them on there and for the cashier to ring them through the till.)
Thinking about it, what I SHOULD have done, to make a point, was to go to get a trolley, put everything in the trolley, and then say to her, "There! Is that any better?" But I didn't fancy going outside to get a trolley and being made to queue up again outside the store to re-enter.
I had thought, in my innocence, that supermarket customers can take a basket to any open till-point, and certainly that's what I've done in the past. I do NOT recommend Morrisons.

Absolutely terrible. Loads of items substituted. Ordered 2 cravendale milk which, apparently they didnt have, but didnt even substitute it with other milk! What supermarket doesn't have any milk?? Loads of items that I've seen in the shop wasnt available for delivery. When it arrived they tried to give us a bag of someone else's shopping instead of ours. Wont be using these again, back to our usual supermarket we go.....

Ripped off and over charged every time I shop at Morrison’s Waterloo store in Huddersfield. Now the store doesn’t print out £5 vouchers. Head office told me to contact Customer service and gave me number and there’s an automated message saying go online! Emailed them and told they’re not answering emails! Think it’s time to go elsewhere!!

Have just been to Ferry Rd.Morrison’s in Edinburgh. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that there has been a new system with separate queues for shoppers with baskets and trolleys so I just stood in one of them. There were hardly anyone in those queues, perhaps due to the weather and being Sunday. The guy standing there, letting customers in waved at me that it was my turn. After I took a trolley he yelled at me something but could not make out what. Then he grabbed my trolley and started to push it backwards while I was standing on the other side...I just walked quietly to the right spot. In that moment I realised I made a ‘huge’ mistake by standing in the wrong place. There was an elderly couple in front of me seemingly disliked the whole scenario too. However,I have never experienced such a rude and aggressive behaviour!!!!!!!! Whatever happened to patience, smiling faces, politeness and good customer service? I was extremely disappointed and quite disgusted, felt like a dog that was ordered to do the right thing. As I was walking into the store I heard a voice through the microphone saying that their workers will not be tolerating the customers’ abusive behaviour of any kind. Have they ever? And should not this be true vica-versa? Really!!!! The couple were after me at the checkout stopped to talked to one of the supervisors about this new system and how humiliating this is. When i asked this elderly gentleman if I should approach the supervisor and complain about his employee at the entrance, he said: No, he surely doesn’t care.... Needless to say how upset I was going home...while this time especially we all should be much more tolerant, friendly and helpful with each other. It was an absolute disgrace!!!!!!

I received my 3rd delivery yesterday, an hour late, but last time it was nearly two hours late, so not too bad.
Again about a third was missing, essential items like bread.
It's like a lucky dip when you unpack it, you're never quite sure what your going to get.
Sorry but I can't recommend them at all.

I have been reluctant to complain as we have been getting deliveries, it's been annoying half the items don't turn up. The last 2 weeks our delivery was 1 hour 20 mins late and arrived at 11.20, we are in a rural area and thus disturbed neighbours. You can't send back substitutions and often they are much more expensive, I am becoming cynical now particularly happens on offers so you get one at the full price when it was 2 at an offer price. To take the biscuit today when editing our order for this week it disappeared! Gone. Clearly they cancelled the order! 30 minutes to customer service and there is nothing they can do apparently! My neighbours have Tesco, Asda and Ocado and don't seem to have these issues. Come on Morrisons sort it out. You are getting a bad reputation and once things go back to normal people will shop elsewhere. I should add that we are shielding too. Not good enough.

If I could rate no stars I would. I’ve never ordered with Morrison’s before but I’ve been desperately searching for a delivery slot somewhere due to being vulnerable and unable to leave the house. I’d managed to secure a slot to arrive today between 9pm-10pm (I didn’t even know supermarkets delivered this late but anyways) it’s currently 1AM and STILL NO DELIVERY. It is appalling!!! I provided my phone number at check out so surely they could at least contact me to explain why the hell ITS 4 HOURS LATE?!?!! Tesco’s deliveries always contact you if your order is going to be late so I just expected Morrison’s would do the same. So it’s currently 1AM I’d rather be sleeping but instead I’m sat here wondering if my delivery will ever turn up. I haven’t been able to get food in over 2 weeks and the fridge is down to nothing now so this delivery really was a last resort. Would never recommend Morrison’s delivery service at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
I was asked for my ID three times. On the third time of asking, I stated politely to the pharmacist that I had shown my ID two times previously, she explained that she had to see it before she could issue the medications as one of them is a CD. Whilst she was doing this, an immature, arrogant and contemptuous male rudely interrupted our conversation. He clearly knows nothing about customer service.
Do not use this Pharmacy. They are rude and aggressive with their customers and clearly know nothing about decent customer service. I was warned about this beforehand by others, but as this is my nearest, I thought I'd give it a try. However, I wish I hadn't bothered as the warnings were spot on.
I am now changing my nominated pharmacist to one that truly appreciates their customers.

I’ve shopped at Morrison’s for years but never used their delivery service. I had the first today. On time , social distancing, really nice man who asked was I ok. Kept up to date with text and email about substitutions. Very impressed.
From what I can see (experiences of neighbours) this supermarket is more customer orientated than other big noises. I’ll be staying with Morrison’s!!

ROTTEN, ROTTEN SERVICE .
in spite of having paid Morrisons for an anytime delivery pass I am unable to book a delivery slot . I have not had a delivery out of them for a month. Most other online companies have managed to get their act together by now , but not MORRISONS. I am shielding and cannot get out to shop . This doesn't seem to bother MORRISONS . The latest tv commercial is an insult ‘feeding the nation “ is total rot . Should be ‘failing the nation .”
Avoid this company if you can !!!!

Ordered a meat box on 13April for delivery on 21 April (earliest slot). The account page shows the item as 'delivered'. No. It has not been delivered. Two at risk pensioners and no mode of transport. Cannot rely on Morrison's. Shame on you.

Ordered a food box to see us through Easter, ordered in plenty of time. It’s 18/4 and I’m still waiting. Customer service phone lines have been turned off, my emails fell on deaf ears. I filled a form out on line with all my information ie ref number etc. Eventually I got a curt reply saying my order had been received but nothing had been done about it. I would receive a box from the 17/4 onwards!!! This is really bad my husband and I because of health issues have to isolate, so can’t go to the shops, I haven’t been able to get a normal delivery slot so thought this food box was a good idea as it was delivered by a parcel service. Thankfully I managed to get some supplies to see us through. But I won’t be ordering again I can’t risk another failed arrival of vital supplies.

Just received our very first Morrison's online order. We are self-quarantining and asked in our delivery instructions that the order be left at the front door. Unbelievably, the delivery person set out the food items on the GROUND outside our front door. Some items were in carry bags but most he actually placed, individually and unwrapped, on the dirty, muddy, wet drive. Incredibility unsanitary, even if we weren't in the midst of a health crisis. And we are supposed to move these now dirty, muddy food products into our refrigerator? Why can't I rate them negative 5 stars? WILL NEVER BE USING MORRISON'S DELIVERY AGAIN!!!

We ordered and received a food box 3 weeks ago and were quite pleased with it so decided to order again.
The second box arrived with 4 out of date items, The meat had to be binned as there was only a bag of water in it to keep it fresh.
On complaining which in itself was an ordeal we were Sent a replacement! Problem was it did not arrive the DPD van did but it would appear that someone at DPD had helped themselves to our box and stuck the delivery label on a packet containing shoes . DPD not interested MORRISONS no better . HUNGRY 😋

I ordered this box because it was impossible to get an order from Tesco or Sainsbury's. I ordered the vegetarian box; I expected essentials which would include things like fresh vegetables and fruit, eggs, decent bread, coffee and tea.Was there any of this? No. There were a lot of tins and soups, baked beans etc and loo roll, which is useful. But no coffee and tea, no eggs, no fresh vegetables, no fruit. There were some carrots and cabbage- both of which had the sell by date the VERY NEXT DAY. Cheap white bread. Several packs of the fake meat stuff, which is inedible. Would recommend only if starving, bit of a money maker for Morrisson's to palm off their most unpopular items to desperate people.
