Claiming to be a 5-star hotel I find it strange, that they can't even answer emails.
We booked a 4-days-stay in June, but got a note saying problems with kreditcard used. Showed out my limit was used :-)
So I cancelled the booking and did another booking - and I replied to the mail the hotel send me with the explanation and asked them to confirm everything now was okay. As I had not received an answer after 3 days, I send another email and asked them kindly to reply. I haven't hear a word though they have charged my creditcard.
I assume the booking is okay now that the have charged my creditcard, but it would have been nice with a feedback. Just imagine if one had a serious question - and no answer.
