Superb customer service! We love their API which lets us easily pull tracking data into our own systems and their customer service is always there if anything goes wrong.

As a busy real estate agent I drive to many locations through out the city on a daily basis. Using the GPS Police’s tracking management software has been an excellent tool for my business. Not only can I track my kilometers, I have it set up to receive maintenance notifications and I can easily navigate to an address! I highly recommend this company!

Canada Post did not deliver it to us. When I looked at the tracking, it said that there was an attempted delivery and that a notice was given to pick up at the post office.
1. Our office is open from 8am - 4pm every day.
2. No delivery notice was received.
3. Even after I called GPS - they said that there hands were tied.
4. Currently I am waiting for the item to be re-delivered and hopefully to the correct address.

to get the gps was easy however the people you recommend to install in Ottawa is horrible I called set up the appointment for 8am by 9am I called and was told that the tech had taken on too much work and he was going on holidays so it would be another week, well I have three trucks that are on the road and without them there is no business I pulled them all off to have this done and then I had to have someone else install two days later very disappointing

Two years ago I was a customer. When I cancelled my contract unbeknownst to me they continued to send invoices to an email that I no longer had access to. This year I tried to renew and they said no due to unpaid bills. I apologized, explained the situation and offered to pay any outstanding bills that I was unaware had accumulated. They said they understood the mistake and agreed to sell me a new unit. They charged my credit card for new unit and then cancelled my order. I called to discuss and again offered to pay any unpaid bills and we worked out a deal. I purchased again and again it got cancelled. This back and forth occurred 3 times until I finally asked once and for all if they wanted my business. They said no because of unpaid bills - despite the fact that I offered to pay these bill immediately. They are a very frustrating company to deal with and one person does not know what the other is agreeing to and they do not care what agreement you made with the previous rep - even though they agreement between me and the rep was in writing. My advice, if you cancel get a written acknowledgement from them. Note that this device was not used to track/spy on a spouse in any manner or form. Also I was not a multiple use customer, this was only my second attempt at becoming a customer.

simple to purchase online. Amex would be better for us for the purchase but i know, the rates are high.
Also I do pay bills on time and our cheques to you have been lost in the mail on at least two occasions so a phone call would be nice prior to shutting down the service.

I switched to GPS Police after using a competing product for years. Rhean helped me order the equipment and got it a few days later. We had it installed and it started working immediately. I am kicking myself for not switching earlier. I left Fleetmatic and will never look back. Keep up the good work. Wish there was an app on ANdroid.

I was skeptical at first but I am happy to say that I am 100 % satisfied with GPS Police. We received our unit missing a wiring harness. The installer placed a call to them to let them know and to my surprise I had the harness first thing the next morning. I will and have no problem recommending GPS Police to anyone looking to track their vehicles.

I purchased the GPS police unit for a small tractor unit. It showed up quickly and I was notified when it was delivered. All that appeared to be fine until I actually attempted to get the unit to work.
The "instructions" for installation are vague and do not tell what the options actually do.
The setup in the internet has NOTHING for instructions. Sending a request on the internet for help is pointless as the chat is never used or monitored.
After I managed to install the device into the tractor it will not register with the internet no matter how long I run the tractor, Double check the install and make sure everything is in tight and still nothing. (not mentioning the 4 hours it takes to remove and reinstall the console that I installed the device behind)
Of course customer service? Well they will get back to you... perhaps, someday?
However my tractor is still showing the location in spy hill district in Calgary.
Lets talk about setting up the geo fences? Oh none of that information is available. How about installation troubleshooting videos? Oh none of them work. Details? Specifications? Options? What do the dozen other wires do? None of that information is either available or it is worthless fluff.
$20 a month and going on the third month and the device still will not function correctly. Unless you are sitting next to a cell phone tower and have perfect connection it will not read accurately.
They can expect my cancellation sometime soon.
