This is my second time to work with About Jobs. As I was graduating graduate school, I worked with Don Goodman to deliver a cohesive resume package to start my career. As a result, my career started with a Fortune 300 and has progressed to working with the four biggest professional services networks in the world. Fast forward 12 years later, I'm looking to "refresh" my skill sets to align with the repositioning of my career goals. I was working with Chelsea on a new resume for my music education career. I was willing to try and a new approach and I was a little nervous as this was my first time hiring someone to create a resume for me. Chelsea was very reassuring and comforting. The most important part of our interactions was that she listened to my concerns and she was willing to be flexible with the things I wanted to highlight in my document. I didn't feel like just another part of a congested pipeline because she was willing to work with my timing and reschedule when I needed more time to return information. I appreciate the work she put into my document

Unless you are a professional resume writer, you need to work with About Jobs. They make the process as easy as possible for you and craft a stellar resume from their questionnaire. From the initial sales call through the completion of my final package, the crew was excellent at listening and responding to my needs & challenges (AND very timely, the process was very fast). The questionnaire provided in the preparation phase was extremely beneficial to me, not just for providing resume content, but also in clarifying where I came from, what I have to offer and what position I desire.

I had an out of the box resume modification and I was paired with an excellent writer with lots of experience and after the questionnaire and telephone interview, the writer knew me well enough to write a very strong resume that was really excellent.
This is my second time using them and I would go back again in the future (although I hope that will not be necessary).
