We have had our system now for many years. We spend a lot of time away during the summer and it is great to know everything is safe and monitored. Even better is knowing that when we are home we are safe too!!!

I've had this system fr more than a decade. Multiple false alarms when sensors are dying with no forewarning. I sent a concern email to customer service, they called back, only to tell me that doesn't happen. When I asked to be transferred to discontinue service, I was transferred to hold saying "there are 32 calls in front of you and a wait time of 47 minutes." I owe the police department $100 in faulty sensor dispatches and can't even cancel the service. Customer service tanked about five-six years ago and hasn't improved.

We installed our system in 2011 after a petty burglary that occurred while we were away on a holiday. At that time the system was the highest rated on Angie’s list and we took the advice of friends and made the commitment. The system has worked flawlessly since then, with rapid monitoring and alerts, virtually instant customer support for operational and technical support, and fast replacement of batteries, a damaged sensor and the provision of other supplies. Over the years our rate has not increased but was actually reduced.
We highly recommend this system for the reliability of the system, and the quality of service. Others promise more for less. We got what we paid for at a reasonable price that allows us to sleep at night without anxiety. Thanks, Frontpoint.

Front point has quick notification. Police have shown up within 5 minutes of an alarm activation. Customer service personnel are very knowledgeable and always able to answer any questions I have.

I have been using Frontpoint for several years now. The system has been great and contact great when necessary. Customer service has always been excellent and the representatives have been knowledgeable, listening to what my needs are and making the appropriate suggestions. I would recommend Frontpoint.

I couldn't agree more with other positive reviews I have read that Frontpoint's service excels. I offer a recent experience to demonstrate the point. My florida home has a private courtyard entrance to the premises, but not the house. It is locked and surveilled with several cameras and is entered on a regular basis for cleaning and pool service. Since I do not reside there during the summer months, I always wanted to be made aware of when someone is there. I got the idea to add a sensor on the door that would alert me by cellphone but not trigger an alarm and at the same time provide an audible beep inside the home when entry occurred. I purchased a sensor and had my son install it. While I was on the phone with a Frontpoint service rep and my son at the residence he walked us through exactly what to do in order to test the system. He set up all the parameters while my son did the test and I talked with the rep. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to complete the process and test it to assure me that everything worked as I wanted it to. At no time did I feel rushed. His only goal was to make certain I was 100% satisfied. That is service!

Love my system, the application and monitoring from my phone as well as the quick response time when the alarm gets tripped. The low monthly charge is WELL worth the peace of mind!

Our system has been great with little to no problems. Service has been quick to deal with issues. We have had our system for quite awhile (5 to 10 yrs) just surprised they haven't tried to update it even though it has worked great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Frontpoint’s customer service from start to finish was fantastic. Their knowledgeable staff answered all of my questions. Setup of the system is extremely easy and can be done with their app in a very short amount of time. I did 4 stars because the only thing I don’t care for too much is the contract. But, obviously I chose them anyway because of my great customer service experience!

Since I've had Frontpoint security, I've never felt safer. The equipment is great and easy to use/install. The phone app is even better. I've never had any issues technical or with customer support. The options and features are great, and so is the price.

No installers, and no way to make the window sensors work. Company would not refund or take back the equipment. Was supposed to be a one yr contract, but when I called to cancel, they insisted it was 3 yrs. Would never do business with them again.

Been with Frontpoint since 2013. Have a bunch of hardware from them. Added a new door to my home that is far enough away from the 2 existing panels (on a different floor) that they are impossible to get to disarm if you enter the house through that new door. The app is unreliable because sometimes it works and sometimes it takes longer than the alarm trigger delay to send the signal to disarm. Anyhow, I called to add a new keypad (simple request right . . . . WRONG!!) They tell me that the system I currently have has all been discontinued and that my only option is to buy everything again if I really need another keypad??!!?? I thought maybe they are misunderstanding me so let me restate my issue and see where we end up. I do and I get the same response but maybe since I am a long-time customer, I can get some kind of discount. Great okay so what do I need to do? Sign up for a 3-year contract and we will give you all of the hardware you need and 1 touchscreen. Ummm yeah, I currently have 2 screens and need to add a third. So their idea of taking care of a long term customer (not under contract so I stayed because I actually wanted to not because I had to) it to tell them the only option is to downgrade your existing system, make your situation worse by losing the second critical panel (used by those in the house who do not have smartphones to use the app) then pony up almost $400 for the new touch screen to get back to were I was before the downgrade then have to pony up for an additional $400 touchpanel. $800 minimum to upgrade. No option to have them support the existing hardware that they sold and no option to add control hardware to the existing system. Beware anyone thinking of going to Frontpoint. My only thoughts are how long before the new hardware they want to sell me is discontinued and they require an additional $800 or more to replace it with their latest and greatest. Really crappy way to treat a customer. Now at this point, you would think this is the end of it but no, they had to go and make things worse. I said, hell you guys absolutely suck but rather than switch companies and have to replace all 40 sensors I have covering my home, I will consider switching hardware. Can I get my discounted touchscreen and buy a second to at least get current with supported hardware? Sorry sir, we currently do not have any touchscreens in stock and do not have an eta on when new stock will come in. Imagine that folks, a security company that can not actually provide you with security equipment to secure your house. Makes you think twice hey? Fortunately, ADT has their act together so thank you ADT. Looking forward to being a long-time customer with you.

I the customer support is awesome! My alarm rang when I forgot to disarm it and I was called in literally seconds. The app is easy and great to use. No complaints here! I will continue to be a customer and referred Frointpoint to so many friends.

Customer service has been great! System works together very well. I like how customizable everything is. My motion sensor turns my lights on where I want. No false alarms so far after a year. I definitely recommend Frontpoint!

Frontpoint have a great Customer Service Group, the reason I say that is because I have had different issues and they are taken care of right away. I only had to call one time. I refer Frontpoint to all my Family and Friends. I wouldn’t change to no other Alarm service.

Frontpoint knows when our power is off and tells us before the power company does. This quick and specific alert is infinitely better than our previous home security company who never knew if their system was working. Not only do they know that the system is working, they, also, know when one of their sensors is getting low on battery and they replace them free of charge. We feel quite secure with Frontpoint.
