They give you damaged cars and bill you for the damage so beware if you dont take out their insurance.Ive been stung twice this year, this time for 390 Euro for a damaged lock which was wrecked when I picked it up although t was highlighted on the damage sheet. They are dishonest and fraudulent !!

On my arrival in Marseille (France), the Goldcar agent tried to sell me its own insurance. I said that I was already insured, but he forced me to pay extra insurance at the desk. After several unsuccessfull e-mails with Goldcar, I decided to start a claim the website of Weclaim :
… And I won !
