We hired Golborne Nash PR to help us with our Public Relations, in particular the publishing of press releases. Our initial meeting with Golborne Nash PR was quite promising and although there was no guarantee that a campaign would give us a great return on investment, we never thought it would not return anything at all. Based on Golborne Nash PR predictions and their "apparent" connections within the sector it seemed a good idea at the time to sign with them. We spent £3000 on the creation and distribution of press releases, media training and assistance with our blog and social media pages. However, only the press release somewhat "materialised" in the form of two word documents of which a substantial amount of content was provided by us. There was literally no follow up or updates from Golborne Nash PR once fees were paid and we never got to see what happened to those two word documents. We had to chase and ask for updates but any response was a one liner. As a result of zero success on any of Golborne Nash PR publications we were told that Golborne Nash PR would continue until there was some interest. I tried to follow up several times since but emails are being ignored and I have come to accept that the £3000 spent is a total loss. I would not recommend Golborne Nash PR and urge everyone thinking about it to check references. We should have been more suspicious and figured that a PR company that does not allow public feedback via Google must have a good reason for it. Golborne Nash PR over sold and under delivered.
