I first used Highbrow as a way to enhance my existing skills at work. These "bite-size" lessons are so easy to incorporate into your day and I find I can focus on these short lessons and better retain the information. I started this for work, but now look forward to choosing topics that I once considered too difficult for me but always wanted to have a good working knowledge of.

Highbrow is a brilliant service!
There isn't much to add that could describe my experience with highbrow rather than marvellous. I learn something new every day from a variety of interesting topics and contribute to my goal of forming discipline by sticking to the lectures.
Service is easy to use and understand and it doesn't take more than 2 minutes to set up and start learning. Would definitely recommend!

Most of the courses are interesting and educating. Once a day is just right. Not intrusive, but always there in your inbox. Maybe a way to review what courses you have already registered for as I have chosen repeats on a number of occasions.

A great way to learn!
The variety on offer is fantastic, the lessons delivered in consistent easy to digest emails. Overall a great learning tool that has not only widened my knowledge base but introduced me to new topics I never would have considered otherwise.
From self improvement to history, science to literature Higbrow is an easy way to expand your knowledge on so many fields.
A great investment!

Wish I could take a course again even though I took it before or at least know immediately that I had taken it - think all that would require was an initial sign on before selection. I know you send the files of previously taken courses but I like the daily email. Also new courses are slow to appear I have been a member for a while and am running out of options that is why I would like to retake some.

Short lessons for people with little time available. The lessons are sent to my e-mail and I usually read them in the subway.
Even though it does not go deep in the subject, most lessons give recommendations of further reading.

I love the variety of topics. The quick reads are easy to digest and there is always a link to further reading if you're curious and want to explore more.

The content is to the point, easy to read, quick to read, and interesting how it's written. It doesn't repeat the same thing in different ways, becoming redundant and boring, an issue I have with non-fiction reading most of the time. I appreciate the scope of topics. Plus you can save the emails and have them forever to revisit.

I have mainly registred to "personal growth" courses, and I am very happy and inspired by the courses. It was the best coaching I ever had, and it taught me a lot on how to handle anxiety, or deal with difficult people. I have applied the teaching in real life and it was life-saving. I like also the structure of the courses, and how they broke down the steps to read by sending a course a day. It became my morning readings on my way to work in the metro :) Thanks so much for having such a great idea Highbrow team!

I really like Highbrow. The topics covered are very varied. With the format of 10 emails, the themes are carefully studied, there are ideas and a lot of content. Finally, spend 5 minutes a day, it's very easy. Bonus for me, Higbrow allows me to improve in English (I'm French)

I found the articles excellent for short introductions to the subjects and the book reviews at the ends are a source of further reading which I do intend to take up when I have more than 5 minutes.
I was disappointed with one series as the articles were too short - between 450 and 600 seems to be ideal, but otherwise five stars all round.
not surprisingly the computer one gave loads of very useful links which I intend to pursue.
The pictures were good - and in keeping with the subject. Indeed one article had an excellent sprinkling of very old photos - he must have gone to great trouble to sort them all out and they added to my pleasure.
All in all my experience has been great and with a wide range to choose from I shall be kept entertained for years to come.

It's an effective way to learn something new, doing in short times for 10 days. I would like to have more courses every week and with different topics.

Many of the courses have been very informative. I especially like those with scientifically proven data in them.
I’m not sold on those which are more opinion than anything, such as teaching about evolution, i.e. man’s beginnings, etc.
I haven’t tried many of the self-help courses because I am older and settled in my career.

Although the quality of Highbrow courses is quite uneven (I met carefully-crafted and packed with knowledge ones, as well as ones of poorer quality, with no more than simple tips), the platform is worth the membership fee. Firstly, the idea of learning through small and digestible bites, secondly, finally, a wide array of themes (that cater basically to anyone) and grate design with very supportive contact team, should any technical issue arise.

The content is great for every course I've taken this past year. Regardless of the instructor, the modules are interesting, usually entertaining to some degree, and overall, I've learned things from each and every course.

I found Highbrow after I saw how much time I wasted on my phone, especially when sitting on the toilet. So I thought that there should be an app or something online that would help me use my time wisely, not waste it.
That's where Highbrow come in. Instead of wasting my time scrolling down some mindless app, instead I can learn interesting new things everyday! And a little portion a day, I get new insights, knowledge and expand my horizons. Perfect!
It almost sounds like I'm working for Highbrow or something, but I don't and this is my honest opinion. Definitely worth my money.

I signed up for Highbrow for something interesting - not work related - that I could read for 10 minutes during my tea break at work. I’ve felt it’s been really good for me, I’m full of fun facts. Defiantly a better addition to the team at a pub quiz than I was before Highbrow.

I love taking your courses with such a diverse offering of topics! And the best part is, it takes less than 5 minutes to learn something new each day! Kudos to the team at Highbrow for coming up with this idea and executing it so well!
