I never actually got any money sent from you, I sent maybe emails and made two calls and still nothing yet my account says I owe a balance, I truly feel this is fraud and if you touch my bank account I will report it as fraud

Please Do not try and make alternative arrangement payments. I have used them for a few months as I came into some difficulty. Have always paid re my contract. I have been given designation of preferred customer. I asked to make alternative arrangements for 2 weeks later. Their site says to do this so I did the right thing and called. They were unwilling to discuss this with me. So now I have put a stop payment so they cannot take out of my account. I suggest you do this as well if you have to move pay date up 2 weeks later. I am willing to incur cost of this as I am able to pay in 2 weeks. I would suggest if you need a payday loan go somewhere else where they will work with you on alternative payday arrangements.

this site is a real let down , if you want a loan try somewhere else cause this site really sucks and will most likely sell your info
