Well organised tour to the top crater of Etna. Hiking boots and other gear are rentable at extra costs. Costs: 120€ (for the cable car, bus and hike). Unfortunately it was very foggy so we didn't see much of the crater. The guides gave some additional information about the etna and its previous explosions. For sure a memorable expedition but in my opinion a little overpriced.

We were very pleased. Our tour guide was super great and authentic, because you can see how much he was interested in volcanoes and everything around them. We had a great view of the Etna. Lunch was very tasty and also our special request for a gluten-free meal was very well received.
Small deduction for the fact that in advance of the whole day tour it was not directly recommended to take water shoes for the gorge, because it was quite unpleasant due to the stones barefoot.
All in all it was a very nice trip that we would like to remember and we would recommend this tour to others.

I reserved a transfer last minute as a missed flight connection caused us to miss our planned bus.
Then new flight was twice delayed.
Go-Etna accommodated all this at the original price and provided professional and courteous service.

We had a fun and informative Full Day Etna Tour. The tour was organized very good. Our guide, Christian, was very pleasant and told us a lot about the geological history of the Etna. It was fun riding off road in the Landrovers and seeing the old Lava. Lunch was very good and there was plenty of food and wine for every one. The trip to the Alcantara Gorge was also very nice and it was fun walking through the cold water in this gorge.
All in all it was worth the money we paid for it!! Keep up the good work!

Our guides Francesco and Salvo were very nice and we have had a good time with them.
The walk back to cable car station was great and lunch arrangement was excellent (was really not expecting to eat into such a nice place :).
The guides were a nice company, with good knowledge about places and things and always ready to crack a joke.

Great day, excellent guide, driver and service.
The one problem that a full jeep means some clients in the back with poor seating will certainly not be as comfortable as others - but I can't consider a solution for this.

My son and I went on a Emotion 3000 Tour of Etna and Go Etna were fantastic from start to finish. One of the most efficient companies I've dealt with as I told Francesco, one of the guides we were with that day. Answered emails when they said they would, made it easy and secure to pay from the UK and the booking was made in a very short time. I was texted day before the tour with the pick-up time and Francesco was outside the gate of our hotel some miles outside Catania 5 mins before the time given. He and Salvo, our guides for the day, were lovely, friendly, have so much knowledge and it was an experience I'll never forget. Lunch was great too! Trip is not cheap but worth every penny. Thoroughly recommend to anyone wishing to take a tour of Etna.
