Overall it was a good experience: great price, relatively convenient to the airport, and no problem with the time to catch our flight. However, there was one area that needs to be improved upon: When we arrived we called the phone number give, as instructed, and were greeted with a message of "your call cannot be completed as dialed...." This was the case for 3 or 4 attempts at contacting the hotel for a shuttle pickup. Eventually, we looked up the hotel and were able to get through. Whatever the problem (and I don't know what that was), this is NOT what a traveler wants to hear when finally getting back from a flight and just wants to get home. The three laps we made around the airport to attempt to pickup phantom passengers didn't help, but not being able to contact the shuttle was very disappointing.

Smooth transaction. Looks like everything was billed properly and at the rate they promised. Parking was ample & open, felt like a secure place to leave my vehicle. Shuttle ran quickly from the hotel, but coming from the airport took 31 minutes to get me, after I called.

I just reserved a spot near the DFW airport for my upcoming trip. I used Global Airport Parking for an extended (3 week) trip several years ago. Thought of them immediately when planning for this began. I only had one problem the last time. The shuttle was late picking me up in the middle of the night at the airport, but that was the hotel's fault. I changed to a different hotel this time and I am arriving home in the middle of the day, so that won't be an issue this time.

Price was advertised as $8 per day. I chose 2 days for a total of $16. When I proceeded to payment I was surprised to see an additional $9.14 in taxes and “fees” with no breakdown of taxes and fees and no prior disclosure of fees.
