Glassesusa.com has been so easy, convenient and money saving, I cannot recommend the site enough. The only downside to ordering glasses here is the inability to have the framed adjusted, which would have come in handy since my very expensive Ray-Ban's are too big, however with a few minutes online I was able to learn some hacks to fix this issue. Also, way cool that I can finally afford some Ray-Ban's. Great option and MUCH cheaper than ordering through your eye doctor.

My glasses from GlassesUSA are ridiculously and obviously defective. They are rimless and the temples are mounted badly to the lenses such that one side goes up and the other side goes down making them sit on my face at an angle. I can't imagine how they got through any quality control. Because I live in Europe the cost of returning them and then paying another tariff of Euro 43 was not worth the trouble. A local optician did the best she could to make them wearable but they still look ridiculous.

Literally the best website. Always coupon codes and an amazing selection. Some websites you need a prescription card but here I just type it in. Way better. I will be ordering my glasses here forever.

Once! Found a frame I liked it was easy to go through the menu to pick my lens needs such as Progressives, Transitions, etc. Then sunglasses were in a different menu that was also easy to navigate where I got to choose color, gradient, non gradient, etc. Even with all the add ons the cost was cheaper that the Optometrist Shop. Great experience so far.

About one hour ago, ordered some absolutely BEAUTIFUL eyeglasses that are perfectly round (which I desperately wanted!), and the entire process was wildly easy... despite my nervousness replacing Super Focus glasses of had for two decades plus, and which garnered compliments everywhere and from everyone imaginable, but which also passed away a couple of months ago (don't worry; I threw them a proper funeral and buried them in my lovely garden)l Then I got an email offer (you clever folks) offering $15.00 off another hasty purchase, and I really wanted a pair of actual sunglasses, so I found a tortoise-shell frame for round lenses (again!), and they're going to be absolutely perfect when I'm visiting a beach or the mountains, and am not the driver, so have no need for my "regular" glasses. This is exciting, and I feel I've been through so much lately (so have everyone else, mind you), and have earned these two fantastic purchases that will make me feel really good again! I'm hoping all works out as well as I'm wishing and expecting... and as easily as BOTH shopping experiences just went... glad you asked!

I ordered glasses order was $117 While deployed. Took months to get a tracking number, which I received 2 different ones. I never received my order, Finally Requested a refund, my refund "was approved" but never got it. All in all I would never recommend or order from this company. Worst experience ever. As some one who works in Customer service, I know nice words mean nothing with out action.

Clean Clear website with helpful information on frame sizes and where to find its measurements. The price is by far the best part.

I've noticed the prices change whenever the page reloads. I cannot add items to cart unless I'm in "incognito mode" (after trying and failing with 3 other browsers). I needed to open 2 tickets to place my order, both representatives were amazing and I'd give them: 5/5 stars (amazing customer service!). After 2 days of trying to add items to cart I was able to place my orders. The process can definitely be improved.

I could"nt get in to eye doctor for two months! With glassesusa I scanned my old glasses and have a new pair coming same day! Great company!

I was communicating on an order from a year ago. Wanted to get repair pricing/parts on the Elliott Tortoise and gold frames that had failed on the nose. No one would sell me replacement frames or parts. So I ordered a set of reading glasses using a discount code and free lenses. I can either use them as parts to replace my earlier glasses broken pieces, or use them for reading.

Well everyone loves a deal, especially during the Pandemic. Although, it's kind of a disappointment that all the premium glasses hardly go on sale or that you can't apply discounts to such items. So, it gets a little pricey for the average shopper. Hopefully, I won't be disappointed with my order. Thanks!

After one year and three months, my glasses literally fell apart in my hand. The hinge spring needed to be replaced in one of the arms. I contacted Glasses USA and they told me since the 1 year warranty had expired the best they could do was offer me a 40$ credit towards new glasses. Really not satisfied with their service or quality of glasses. Don't waste your money.

I appreciate the try-it-on feature using pictures. The selection was wonderful! Overall, this was easy and user friendly... it felt much better than standing in a store.

Everything was simple, fast, and clearly explained.

Needs more small to medium size (135-145mm). Otherwise, great glasses.

So far, this seemed pretty seamless... will reserve my final judgement for later, after I receive my glasses. I'm hopeful!
