I'm disappointed that this platform hasn't gotten things together. I swear it is run by 1 person and why is there technical support number? I've only been able to submit requests/issues via e-mail. Anyways, about once per quarter, maybe more, the system goes down, without warning, and usually during my busiest times. I'm unable to log-in, cash out customers, check my schedule- nothing. It is beyond irritating. I should have switched after the first round of issues I had early on (regarding certain customers' sales tax not being sent to the processing company and me having to pay out of pocket) when I started my business but didn't want to look unprepared to my customers as a new business. I'm not sure I can take much more of this irritation.

Worst experience ever! I trusted intoxalock. They promised me that the installation would be set for the next day, I even had a confirmation text message. The next day the people tell me they can’t do it due to not receiving the shipment. Which was a lie because intoxalock confirmed they had received it that day at 10:00am and it was already 3:00pm. Turns out they just wanted to close early and were too lazy to get the job done. I then called intoxalock and received the worst customer service. The agent was raising his voice at me telling me that it wasn’t their fault. I strongly believe intoxalock should be a little more responsible with whom they work with and more ethical and have better customer service when answering the calls. It’s unfair for one to be paying for a service , if you were promised something they should keep their words

I have been shopping around for a new system since the one I am currently using is getting too expensive to justify. I liked most of the features on Artichoke, but adding employees to the mix (+25 per employee or $199 for unlimited) would make it more expensive and less robust than the one I have now.

Still too many technical issues. Financials are erroneous as well. The team is responsive but after 3 weeks I have no resolution to multiple issues.

The have a good start but still missing the basics. The calendar look is not ideal and you can't print any reports. I also never received my discount, even after double checking about and being told it would be rectified.

The notifications are excellent and keep them informed of any changes

Email Said Free trial for ABMP members. Allowed account setup but could not see the system without paying with a credit card. Never was able to get past the pay to see screen.

When first engaging in our search for a new scheduling system, we got the initial, "we are such and such and we can support all your scheduling needs" Upon reviewing their website i found it to be very user friendly and the sales support from Susan has been great, she in turn connected us to the tech support group, Dave Devany who was so supportive took our call and answered questions in detail at 8:00 pm at night EST. Looking forward to letting Mindbody go and working with the Artichoke Team

Rarely do we come across a platform that does the necessary plus add some awesome features that get our business under control with ease and gives our clients value at the same time. I urge everyone to explore what Artichoke has to offer, I'm more than certain you'll be suprised with whats inside. No other popular app for client management/book keeping/expense tracking comes close... If your goal is to continue working and not waste your time learning a whole bunch of things you don't need for you business, Artichoke is what you want.

I have used several different software for managing offices, but this is the first product that I selected and researched when I opened my own shop. I couldn't be happier! The system is simple to use, my clients have commented on how easy it is to schedule appointments and the customer service is great. They are quick to resolve issues (all of my issues have been related to user error) and super friendly! I highly recommend Artichoke for anyone with a business of one!

I heard about Artichoke during a podcast I subscribe to. The current scheduling program I was using had a plethora of glitches and shaky customer service. So, I made the switch and couldn’t be happier. They have short, user friendly, videos for setup which are very helpful. Even though the videos are awesome, I needed help with a few things during set up and emailed support. They returned my email in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure I knew the program and how to use it well. All of this happened during the free trial period. How can you not love a company that is helpful when you haven’t even paid for their service yet? You need to switch from your current scheduler and GET ARTICHOKE now!
