For a while everything was smooth shopping until now, ugh, I never received an item from a Geek purchase, wheres Geek notified me that my purchase has been delivered. I never got a refund nor a reshipment of the item I had patiently anticipated. I reordered the item with me Geek cash just zero out my Geek account and move on. Hopefully, this reorder will make to my address. Horrible shopping online experience by far!

I guess I have been very lucky because I have only had a few issues, and any time I do I contact support. I either get my money returned to me or put towards geek cash, and in either case I still have the option to wait for the item. I have always decided to wait, and it pays off cause for all of two times I have received my item. You do have to wait a while, and many complain about the size with clothes/items but all that is needed is to read the size conversion chart or the description to check the size. If you are going to complain about the size of the clothes/items blame yourself for not putting the effort in to read the details...not Geek/Wish.

Posting costs applied twice even under same order same item same address. Also postage price are on the same level as purchased item(s). Customer service representative handles you as a fool saying rubbish. They (wish/geek) were the best a while ago but now they are the worst shopping platform on the market. Product are poor descriptions are based marketing not reality. Should I say more?! Yes. A V O I D ! ! !

90 plus orders placed, 70 marked Refunded (unavailable ?) but 14 days refund policy yet items still advertised at higher prices and told if i cancel my account without ensuring i,ve recieved any refunds due id lose them. Thought they'd been great ! Recommended them a lot! Don't trust them any more! Customer service just robotic!? replies. Now i have to troll my bank accounts 70 plus refunds to work out i'm getting everything i should. Before i tell them to stuff there dodgy looking site.

I have ordered over 90 products during July August advertised as special offers 70 were marked to be refunded within 14days? Within hours the remaining majority were delivered late.
Ive said ill cancell my account only to get a message saying that if i do before checking ive got all my refunds i would lose any not sent me.

I have ordered many things online FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES, and have NEVER had problems like I had from this company.
Apparently in August (according to their customer support which is an automated bot and anyone who says otherwise hasn’t got a brain cell to their name) the weather may cause delays. And if I hadn’t had an item by (choose a random date here, sometimes 3 days ago!) then to contact them.
I waited 4 months for products that would be with me within 2.
It was all very badly made, I didn’t expect quality, but a watch with a plastic strap that looks chrome and can’t be adjusted? Seeds with no names on the packets? Orders that just don’t turn up? Clothes that are no way the size as advertised, at least 3 sizes too small.
I could not login because I used Facebook to sign into their site originally and when I received notifications of a “question about my order” I couldn’t access it as their app doesn’t work (the FB button isn’t actually a button, just a picture) and couldn’t log in using an email as I did not supply one. It took another 6 weeks of complaining about the same, each time a different person telling me I needed to open a complaint and they couldn’t do it, to eventually get a refund. Each time I said I would never buy from them again and each time I was offered their exclusive currency as an alternative. Really?
It is by a country mile, the worst online shop I have ever encountered.
Save yourself the hassle and just flush your money down the drain. Then stand their staring at it for around 4 months expecting it to come back.

I had problem, on app was sayin it was deliverd 13 days ago. Was waiting to last day of shipping deadline. Nothing arrived.
Contacted costumer service, after short comunication, they returned my money in 7 day period.
That was my last order.
Before I was ordering to, everything came as orderd.
As far, I had good experience.

While we realize that we are buying chinese replicas... we were not expecting much just something new that worked. My son bought 2 watches.. one Panerai knock off which came delivered broken with the adjustment screw broken off in a black box. the watch didn't even work. The other watch worked for 3 weeks until the lens which wasn't even cheap glass...it was plastic! and it cracked. TOTAL GARBAGE TYPICAL CHINESE SCAM COUNTERFEIT THEY NEVER REPLIED TO HELPING US AFTER SENDING DAMAGED ITEMS THAT DIDN'T EVEN WORK!?? THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE THROWN IN JAIL. STAY CLEAR. YOU CAN SEND IT BACK IT TAKES 2 MOS TO GET IT... AND IT WILL COST YOUR MORE TO SEND IT BACK THEN YOU PAID FOR IT. Then they have this phoney customer service follow up allowing you to write them and they keep the string going forever never ever helping you remedy your issues.

Warning - when issues with account occurs they freeze your account even after complying with their request, you are unable to speak with anyone to clarify the issue. All purchased history is removed and outstanding paid orders cannot be queried not reimbursed.
Beware of the con, after spending hundreds of dollars to be treated like this is observed.

My last 2 orders never arrived, I will try one last time with the geek cash they offered even tho I needed the full refund. If this doesn’t work and don’t get my item, I’m saying “no more ordering from wish or geek”. I will try other companies that are more reliable.

Terrible customer service and you never receive packages you pay for! Jen when you request a refund the excuse you a fraudulently requesting your money back! I no longer use this app due to the fact that 70% of my orders don't arrive and they now refuse to refund any of my money! Get better deals on Google shopping Amazon or Ebay and actually receive your stuff!

I ordered a couple of computers and then after a couple of minutes at castleton you guys said you'd give me back my money but then you charge me geek bunny $350 now you won't even let me have the money for the parts you don't have a telephone number I can't get ahold of you you tell me you go get back to me in two to three working days that's fifteen tides are called called you about that what are you trying to do still my tree on $50 that you have I sent you pictures of my biggest state in the same time you took my $350 is the worst shot I've ever seen don't nobody try to buy anything off of this site I bought stuff for a year up in the site long as it is 10 of $15 is all right before you think over $100 forget it I might have to go to the damn channel 7 and said the news people could do me any good

I have had many items from them, it is basically like buy it now ebay, made up of independant sellers. stuff does take 2 to 4 weeks delivery, I did not recieve one item but got an instant refund when I asked for it.I will say read ALL the description to be sure you know what you are buying. it is mainly asian sellers so be aware of measruments when buying clothes they tend to be a fair bit smaller than our size charts.All in all I have not had a single bad product. ( may be lucky but I am not usually lol ) I always check other online outlets before I buy anyway, sometimes when you add their P&P it works out cheaper else where. I will continue to use this site I am happy with my purchases.

Don't know what's happening with Geek and Wish. Never really had problems with them been ordering slot now out of the blue I can't order unless I send a photo of my bank statement. I emailed several times and get a useless response that make no sense at all. So I called the 800 number only to get refered to there email address. Such a joke why do I need to send a bank statement when they already take my money and send me my order now can't place an order. Well dudes there are other sites. Read the reviews some of these clowns are after more than your money

I ordered a Bluetooth speaker system on 12/28/18 and paid for fast delivery to my home to be delivered today and the merchandise never came, I tried to contact geek but was unable to, they drafted the money from my account and no speakers, when I tried to contact them I got a recording telling me that the extension was not available at this time! They are scammers!!!
