Expensive and unprofessional

After a $800 deposit was paid, technicians came to establish a quote. Then on the day of the job, they kept asking for extra money for things that should have been spelled out in the quote.

The workmanship was of poor quality. Their welding is mediocre at best, they only replaced only some of the corroded metal bars even though the quote included a full revamp, the shutter motor they installed goes up when the down button is pressed and vice-versa. They warned us about it and said it was normal. But after reading the installation manual from the manufacturer, this is simply because they had swapped the "up" and "down" wires.

In general they are ignorant of how their equipment works and are unable to answer any questions.

Of course they did not clean up after themselves and left a mess, including butts from the cigarettes they kept smoking while working.

After they left, I also found a tool on the roof. As it turned out, they borrowed it from the neighbor and then forgot to return it.

Better install shutters yourself than rely on those guys, that will save you time and money, and even an amateur can do a better job than those "pros".
