This company sells good quality wines at very competitive prices. That's where it stops. Delivery timetables are not met. There is no means of contacting the company. They have a WhatsApp page as their principal point of contact. They do not reply to messages and they do not answer calls. Clearly, they don't understand the concept of customer service.
