Despite, after confirmation of our order, being warned of a delay in receiving our order as the warehouse needed restocking, in fact the delay was minimal. We were kept well informed regarding the delivery status and the goods arrived in relatively good time. Certainly our experience in dealing with Garden XL has been a positive one so we have no reason not to recommend them to other shoppers.

I have to give full marks to Garden XL for their prompt, super efficient handling of my order for an Outback 300 BBQ. We ordered this item online on the Friday and it was delivered to our door by lunch time the following Wednesday....what makes this extraordinary was that it had to be shipped to the Channel Islands and for us it is almost unheard of to receive large items so quickly!
So well done Garden XL, would definitely recommend you to all for your customer service. Thank you! Just to say the BBQ was up and running by 5pm that same day!

Very happy with the ease of use of the website and my ability to identify exactly the Weber barbecue part that I needed. Ordering quick and straightforward. Clear communication about (disappointing) delay in delivery because of stock shortages but then the product was delivered in good time, before I expected it. Very happy with product, quality matched or exceeded expectations. Would order from this site again.

I was very disappointed as the complete wrong item was sent to me.I then had the problem to send it back for a refund and pay for the postage.I had to buy another as I needed it for the weekend.I will not order again.

Easy to identify what i wanted and order. Slow delivery but I did at least get an email apologising and informing me that the delivery would take a little longer but no explanation as to why. Item itself is excellent . Easy to set up, looks of good quality and appears very stable. Like the way it goes completely flat. A touch expensive I think although having said that it was the lowest price I could find

I was happy with the service from Garden XL. The company advised me promptly of a delay in shipping from its supplier and it has now arrived safely, (I was only billed after delivery) and I’m very happy with it.
I’d happily recommend them to any of my friends looking for the sort of products they supply

Ordered a new BBQ which came as promised. Slight problem, it was the wrong model although I couldn't see the difference between the models on the web site. Having already had the BBQ assembled and in fact used it, I didn't want to return it but did want the difference in cost refunded. I expected a long drawn out argument, but no, having sent 4 photos the additional money was refunded without question that day. So only 4 stars as the wrong model was supplied but a mental 5 stars for honesty and service. I recommend them.

Ordered a gas regulator and hose - part for a gas bbq - and got a slide aside lid holder for a charcoal bbq. Dispatched the wrong thing, from the wrong sector of the warehouse inventory completely.
Then it seems I have to pay to return. Returns instruction is not to talk to customer services but just to reorder; suggests this happens a lot - not good and now wondering why I should reorder with Garden XL

Ordered a Weber 200 Spirit gas BBQ as the retail site didn't have it in stock.
Arrived within 2 days and I think it would have been next day if it hadn't been a sunday when we placed our order! Easy to assemble and have used it pretty much every day since. THE best buy we have made in our household for years. Can't believe we haven't had a Weber before. Expensive compared to some other brands but well well worth it. Have just ordered a Weber BBQ cover and expect the same prompt delivery service.
