This company has no understanding about what customer service means. They have no interest entering into complaints procedures either. They do not reply to emails, to phone calls to reasonable requests... It is a truly appalling state of affairs. This company should not be allowed to deal directly with customers. Delivery times are close to a month! Shop somewhere else. You are better off spending your money with someone that actually cares about their customers.
