GarantMe is very helpful and worth it.
Their customer service is extremely quick to answer any questions you may have, which is amazing as you don't have to sit in anxiety or worry about any thoughts you have. Your requests are very quickly fulfilled by the team. If you are just about to move and are in need of a French guarantor, I would highly recommend choosing GarantMe for a much easier and reduced-nervousness experience in France!

I was very pleased with the service GallantMe gave me. The alternative payment option over the phone, when there was a hitch, and I was called from France, also went smoothly. I was disappointment when told that I was eligible for a housing subsidy when this proved to be untrue, thinking it better if the wording of the message had been that I was possibly eligible, but in my mind this is a small point; and on the whole I have been very pleased indeed.
I sincerely thank your team; and thank you also for letting me speak English in any communications as it has made things much easier for me as well!

As an international student, the process of securing a place to live seemed even more daunting in France. The Garantme service was a lifesaver! Garantme is a great solution for people that are new to the country and needs a guarantor in order to rent an apartment. Besides that it provides advice and valuable information for whom is not yet familiar with details of the French's real state regulations.
My only recommendation is that it should expand their coverage by reaching other big agencies not yet using their services.

We heard from French friends that in fact it was very complicated to get a rental contract for foreigners in France without this very problem: a guarantee!! Thanks to GarntMe it became a minor issue. Congratulations to the founders of this organization who have gone through the same experience before. We had an extraordinary experience with friendly people with a lot of empathy trying to talk to us in OUR language. We are very happy and can recommend this organization to anyone.

I don't think we would have managed to convince a landlord to rent to us in France without Garantme. In fact, I believe that the guarantee from GuarantMe put us at the top of the list for every Landlord to whom we submitted documents.
Working with GuarantMe was quite easy. There was one issue where it required me to call GuarantMe to solve it because communication broke down through the comment section of my application and wasn't resolved through email. That being said, the whole issue was solved over the phone in a little under 10 minutes. I was more than satisfied with the service overall and with my interaction with the company.
