Ordered my controller January 5th and I got it several months later just two days ago on April 5th and the SPS-X1 mod does not even work that I paid extra for, normal controller pretty besides my custom design, very unsatisfied I only like that I was able to customize the controller to my liking, company does not even contact you back when you have issues with things, highly dislike all customer service about this company, not a good review from me

I didn't even order a controller, just pieces like buttons and a shell. All of which said "instock". That was almost a month ago and haven't heard a thing. left 1 message via phone and 3 emails. No response. It's bull it really is.

I was really happy with the customer service I received. When the ps3 contoller I ordered was unfortunately a bit messed up during the mod process I was kindly offered a premade ps4 controller with the same mods no extra charge that was ready to ship or choose to wait for the ps3 one.

Yea So I tried to switch kill on gta 5 online but it won't switch for some reason but all the mod work and i could aim on people but i could not switch kill ? switch kill something like when the enemy is dead , you just have to move a little movement of your right analog stick and it will switch the aim onto the other enemy that's switch kill . But with this controller i can't? And i check that im on Assisted Aim Full but i still can't switch kill . On the normal controller i can switch kill ?

Great product. Buttons worked like a charm. Unfortunately the website didn't update the controls status. It stated "in paint" for over two weeks. When I emailed customer service after the ship date to check the status, they were responsive and helpful at shipping the product. One last note. I paid for double splatter of the same color. I don't recommend that. The splatter looks lite.

Took way too long to get, 1 month after order. Customer service sucks, couldn't understand person hardly and waS never actually helped just given run around. Terrible. And controller doesn't seem to have the mod on it. In response to your response no was told no such thing. I'm not a liar and wouldn't try and ruin your reputation for no damn reason.

I was looking everywhere for replacement parts (bumpers) for my Elite Controller, I found them on GamerModz. They were extremely helpful and were of equal quality to the originals. I ordered several because the Elite controller has an issue with these parts breaking, and am very happy with my order, I will buy from them again if I ever need controller parts

I ordered a gift card for my nephew. I was tracking the delivery but when I was supposed to have received it on a Wednesday and it still wasn't in my box on Friday I quickly called it find out what I needed to do. Unfortunately every time I called I would wait in the call queue listening to the automated message for 15 minutes and then get disconnected. I decided to just email my issue. This received a quick response with a phone call and an email back to me.

Originally I had an issue with the order missing a couple small pieces. I emailed GamerModz about the issue and they replied within a few minutes letting me know they where shipping me the missing pieces that same afternoon. This is the kind of customer service evey company should have.

All mods don't work with all games and I'm still trying to figure out how to use multiple mods but this controller has already helped out my gaming quite a bit. You just have to figure out which ones work best for you. Overall a great controller.
