I bought a used MacBook from the company. They offer a 30 day warranty. During that time I could barely reach them and the computer started to malfunction 1 week after purchasing. After the 30-days, they completely ignored me and offered no assistance in troubleshooting the computer. The computer had glitches from the start. I tried to leave a review on their website and they deleted my review and wouldn't allow me to comment.

I sent my reconditioned apple laptop back and requested a refund. I never heard back after 4 weeks and I reached out only to be told that because I had purchased a warranty I could not get a refund. I think their customer service is lacking. I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend.

i was decieted by a ecommerce company.
after that, i lost believe over this sort of business.
but, the services and product of gainsaver.com have proved successfull in regaining my faith in online shopping.

I’ll never buy a brand new apple computer again. I found that gainsaver has some great deals on used macs and computers. apple has such an expensive computer but I love them as I can get help from the apple store. I am so happy I found gainsaver and will continue to use them in the future.

I ordered 2 macbook pro parts for my liquid damaged laptop. After receiving them and paying for them to be installed, my computer still did not work. After careful examination and testing of the parts, the supposedly refurbished parts we covered with corrosion and were completely bad. I wasted $150.00 paying for the installation and uninstallation so I could ship them back. This business is not testing their parts before they send them out to people. The customer service people and supervisors are rude and written emails brought no resolution. Do not buy parts from this company!

This site is a scam its ran buy a bunch of kids. they tell you they have what you order in stock after they get your money they send you an email saying they don't have it and the only one they have is going to cost you a hundred dollars more .then there telephone is like on a comp or its a home business because they don't answer when you call. i decided to cancel my order and they sent it out after sending me a email saying the cancellation was confirmed. don't do it to your self i rate them a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10.
