I ordered over $100 worth of equipment at once. The only item I received was a zabuton that was part of a set, and I never received the rest of the set. 4 weeks have gone by and this issue still hasn't been resolved. I wish I knew this would happen. There are other equally affordable sites for meditation and yoga supplies.

I ordered a Zafu and Zabuton meditation cushion kit, 3 weeks later I still hadn't received a shipping email. Trying to get in contact with costumer service was quite hard, but when they finally replied back they said my order was never fulfilled because the kit got out of stock, which I was never notified of. So here I am patiently waiting for 3 weeks not knowing I was not going to receive anything. I would have waited longer but I wanted my order to arrive by next week because I bought it to use at home for work, I start next week. This is my first time ever Ieaving a bad review, but I am very disappointed, not at the fact that it got out of stock, but at the fact that I wasn't told, otherwise I would have just look for other options but now its too late.

I read these reviews after I ordered so I was nervous, but everything went well. I ordered 8/26/2020 and rec'd 9/3/2020. Which is great/fast considering everything that's going on. The Performance Longer/Wider Dry-Grip Yoga Mat is great (did a few poses, worked as hoped. I will update if grip loosens with more activity), the On-the-Go Mat Bag fits and holds my mat well and I currently have my new OM Mesh Capri pants on and they are very comfortable. I see other reviewers were lisitng sites so this is where I ordered from: www.gaiam. com. Would use Gaiam again! Thank you!

The yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of July never arrived from gaiam.innovations.com.au. No confirmation email. Have contacted their facebook, sales email, and info email. No reply back.
If this is not a scam I don't what this is. They took my money - but never send anything to me/ or even any email/ follow up. I will raise a consumer complaint. Shame on you!

So disappointed in this company, please don't make the same mistake as me. As many have already stated, I wanted to use them directly instead of through Amazon and boy, was that a mistake.
They charged the full amount to my card, and the product hasn't arrived. Worse still, they don't answer any e-mails and have no phone number so I feel like I've been robbed to be perfectly honest. At least through Amazon I would probably have got my money back :(

Do NOT order ANY excercise Ball Chair from this company..total joke. They will tell you "Oh just need to inflate the ball more." NO, this tiny ass ball falls thru the dam chair and WONT get any bigger~ Then they curve you when you try to get a refund. Returns only if unopened"??? Who TF does that? So I just look at the dam box and decide it aint for me in order to return the janky ass thing??? GTFOHWTBS!

They took the money the same day I order. More than 2 months after I am still waiting for my order and they never answered me. Funny thing is that I didn't want to order on amazon and give a chance to a company which seemed ethical. At the end I just find the worst company ever.

Awful customer service. Ordered 2 sets of dumbells and they shorted me a single dumbell. They charged me for 4, sent me 3. When I emailed them it took days to get a response. When. They did they sent me the confirmation shipping. No kidding! I received the order you just didn't give me what you charged me. Once I did get a rep to respond the finally refunded me. But won't let me return to single dumbell. I can't order another since they are out of stock. Plus, the once on stock they are black and the one I have is orange. This was supposed to be a gift.

I had placed a single transaction through Amazon Pay and received confirmation emails from both Gaiam and Amazon. They placed five separate holds for the same amount on my account. I sent an email to their customer service. The customer service rep initially claimed the purchase could not have been confirmed on their end. After I gave them proof of the confirmation email I then received a sarcastic email in response that made a point to reference my previous email in a mocking manner. The representative repeatedly placed the blame on me for not putting in the correct billing. This is not possible because the billing is through Amazon pay ( I was prompted to use this option at checkout) which has my card and correct billing on file. I use this card all the time. The correct order has not been shipped so I then requested a refund and the rep still decided to tell me that I should have got an email telling me that the transaction was denied by a second payment processing system they use and my bank allowed the holds. This does not add up when you consider they placed five holds for one transaction. I guess their reps forgot customer service is meant to inform and assist customers with their concerns and not argue with them. I like their products but at this time they don't allow customer service over the phone and so I will look for a different company for my yoga and workout needs in the future.

I just ordered some 10 lb hand weights from Gaiam yesterday. I thought they were pricey at about $20 a piece. Then it was $22 for shipping! I placed the order because I was desperate but then found my lost 10 lb weights that I had been looking for, 5 minutes after placing this order. I emailed right away. They emailed me back the next day stating that there is too much volume to cancel orders in process, and that because of COVID, they are not accepting returns. Well no where on their website before placing the order did they make it obvious that all sales were final. I told them that I am disappointed and they would lose my business, and their reply was "sorry you feel that way". Haven't gotten my weights yet, it will be 10 days till I get them. They better be some darn good $62 hand weights! Look elsewhere. Customer service stinks.

I tried giving them no stars, but it wouldn't let me. Seems to be an ongoing complaint but their customer service is terrible. "At Gaiam Europe, we work tirelessly to make our customers happy. Our customer support team is as passionate as you are for fitness and yoga. We don't just talk about it. We practice it. So go ahead; reach out. We are here to help. " is the biggest lie ever. Everytime I email them, they reply with the same automated email.. as if you gave them your money and now you're talking to yourself, banging your head against the wall. DO NOT ADVISE ONLINE ORDERING

I ordered a birthday gift 2 weeks ago, even paid the $11 for expedited shipping. 3 days before my sisters birthday, they sent me an email saying they canceled my order. I have contacted them 4 times now and they reply with an automated response that claims they will get back to you within 72 hours..... it has been 6 days since my initial refund request. Absolute worst company to trust with your money.

I ordered a bolster over >16 days ago.. The order was delayed in getting out and then I inquired about 1 week into the wait with inquiring someone cancelled out the entire order refunded me. I then begged that I desperately needed this bolster with quarantine and CS said it's still heading out 'don't worry' but I'll have to repay. Of course ready to do that 'BUT' refund was PENDING. Well I go on thinking bolster's here in a couple more days as I'm in the same state of fulfillment. WRONG-O I had to inquire yet again to learn that not only is No Bolster on its way ~ the bolster I bought is now sold out (well it's going to customers now in queue ahead of me-hello I was 1st? and I may now have 1 of 2 other colors) for a discount..(by this point it should be free especailly if I'm not getting what I ordered ahead of the line who will get what I ordered?? WTH.. So then I proceed for the only CS options given & ask for tracking..well 4 days later and over 4 asks today for tracking & 0 forthcoming.. I made another mistake ordering more props with this undesirable colored bolster coming my way and again nada no emails no responses no tracking #s.. This my 1st ordering experience here and I can honestly say Never Been Treated sooo terribly wrong.. I'll have to double review and let you know if anything ever shows.. Elevated stress here to get destress props.

I found the Gaiam page randomly as I was searching for a Yoga Ball Chair, it was rated very high. It worked flawlessly for almost a whole year and then a piece broke on the base. I still had the email from the initial purchase so I replied to it with my issue not expecting anything. Brittany got back to me so quickly and asked for a picture of the defect. I sent the picture and the next day she had placed an order for the parts I needed to. These days it is impossible to get good service so I felt compelled to leave this review. I am 100% satisfied with this company's products and service, thank you!

The quality of their items are subpar. I’ve submitted a request for an exchange because the wobble balls for my classroom were poor quality. One of them got a hole, which is supposed to be difficult to do and the other 3 are completely different in size.
All I wanted was an exchange and they were uncooperative. Will never use this company again.

Terrible terrible customer service. We are an orthodontic office with 4 locations and have purchased 24 of their balance ball chairs to use in our clinics. We have had 4 or 5 of the support bars snap. Upon asking for replacement ones they sent us plastic support bars instead of metal ones and in turn we've had multiple incidents where employees have fallen out of those specific chairs. They refuse to admit that their product is faulty and also refuse to make it right by refunding or replacing the broken ones. When I called, I waited for an answer for 20 minutes and then got hung up on. When I emailed asking for replacement metal support bars, the lady (Brittany) argued with me back and forth saying that she was 100% sure that the broken bars are as a result of misuse and that she could only offer to send me more of the plastic support bars or I could purchase a whole new chair and it would come with the metal bar. All this to say, DO NOT buy anything from this company. Their products are poorly made and their customer service is appalling,

Gaiam claims that 100% customers satisfaction is very important to the company. However, in the process of returning the yoga pants because the fit was "strange", I lost more than $20.00 in the process of returning the pants for "company policies". Of course I will never buy anything from that brand again. What company cares for its customers, and at the same time the client loses money. Gaiam, learn from Amazon's customer service, for something is the number one company in the world. There's a reason why Bezos, is the richest man in the world. Until never, Gaiam,!!! Probably you need more my money than I do!
