Love to travel with G adventures. Tours so far have been awesome with very nice people. Price is fine. 1 Star less cause booking is always a bit of a challenge. Everybody is super nice but not really flexible when it comes to finding solutions to a problem (need extra flights or passport issues etc).

I went to Marokko in Feb 2020. Youssef (our guide) was perfect! I cannot imagine a better guide. The trip was also very interesting with a lot of beautiful scenery and really good experiences. I would totally book with GAdventures again.
Of course you have to keep in mind that you won't have the same luxurious lifestyle as at home. But if you prepare well that won't bother you while travelling.
The booking process was a bit more complicated than usually. It contains a lot of information. But if you read carefully you are easy able to make it.

I did the trip to South Africa this past June and it was terrible. The accommodations were poor, one place was being renovated, another didn't have WiFi, (but we were told there would be WiFi).
The tour guide was condescending and got drunk and high almost every night. We were also told that G adventures couldn't find a tour guide for our group so the tour guide we had was someone they had found who hadn't done a tour in 3 years.

Best tour company ever! From the booking experience to the trip itself, everything was perfect! We even got a refund, when our 5% evaluation cupons of the previous trip did not work. We are looking forward to many more tours with this company!

The booking and everything was very comfortable. I would have liked to have more information about the first meeting: When and were do we meet?
Also it said that you could arrive at the starting point at any time. This wasn't that true. The hotel rooms weren't done before 2pm and so one of my few days in Quito was a little bit wasted.

Absolutely great, high service quality, responsiveness... got comprehensive insights into the tour I was interested in, obviously without being "sold" something. What was also really great was the flight booking service. Got great prices and didn't have to worry about anything. Thanks a million!
