Bought a Lens with them, came in, worked a few days then suddenly didnt.
Setting up repair took a while.
Send the Lens to them, they told me it will take 4-6 weeks.
6 Weeks are over, still no word from them.
All in all the repair process, with shipping will now take roughly 2 Month(!).
I am now waiting for a constructive response but with my previous experience, i dont expect much.

I ordered a Garmin Fenix 5S Sapphire, watch for £399 back when the cheapest you could get one for was £550. Risky I know this was back in early 2018. it all came through boxed original etc and tracked.
saved £150.00
The payment went to Fashion Beauty SV through Paypal.
All good, I was nervous though.

Great experience, brilliant price and fast delivery!
Was sceptical at first as I read some of the comment after already making the purchase, but ended up with pro lens going to just about half the rrp!
Site appears to be down and I'm gutted as I want to purchase another lens!

Like all of you reading this review I checked them all out before buying from Gadgetgadgetgadget.com.
I ordered a Canon G5X camera for £420 which are advertised by John Lewis and Jessops at £649, Amazon (who don't pay their taxes so don't buy from them anyway) at £620 and camerahub.co.uk at £544.
I ordered the camera about 4 p.m. on a Friday and received it the following Thursday at 11.30 a.m. Considering that the first proper working day was Monday I think that is good service. Like others have said I did not get a notification that my camera had been dispatched but I got a message from the courier the following Tuesday stating they were going to deliver my parcel on Thursday.
After testing most of the functions on the camera for a couple of hours I went on to Canons website and registered my serial number with them and about 25 minutes later I got an email from Canon stating my camera was registered with them.
So no problems at all. Speak as you find!
What swung it for me was the fact that all payments go through Paypal so you can't lose your money.

It's a complete scam. Yes, it's true, your purchase is covered by Paypal's protection scheme, but this is how they steal your money:
I ordered a Zhiyun Crane V2. They send me a Zhiyun Crane M. It's a similar product, but it's worse, lacks significant functionality and is much cheaper than the one I ordered.
I open an appeal with Paypal, which I of course win. I'm entitled to a refund, great!
However, I can only get a refund if I send this large item back to Hong Kong with tracked delivery at my expense (no where on their website do they tell you you're ordering from Hong Kong). Cheapest quote is £60.
So, there's nothing you can do and Paypal are useless. Well done, you've played yourself.

Although it took a week for my order to start being processed, afterwards I was kept informed of routing and it arrived in perfect condition in two weeks from order date.

Ordered a Logitech G613 keyboard through the site. Even though it was posted from West London to an address in East London it arrived but was a US keyboard layout. The website states nothing about it being US standard.
I contacted their help whose attitude was that they source the cheapest supplies and suggestion was I just accept it. No offer for return or refund. Very poor customer service.
Be very careful when ordering from these people - I've been to their store in Hong Kong and it's a dodgy little shop in a computer mall. Make sure you're getting what you think you are.

I ordered a pair of Jaybird Run earphones from Gadgetgadgetgadet and I can confirm this is a legitimate trader. Their customer support was excellent and responded quickly. The item was dispatched through UPS with a tracking number and arrived within 2 weeks of order. Overall a good experience, with the added comfort of using PayPal for payments. I will use this seller again.

I thought I’d leave a review, as some negative reviews of this company had left me a little bit panicked about my purchase! My purchase arrived, albeit in these days of Amazon Prime, a little slowly...two weeks.
The price I got my Canon Power shot camera for was nearly 30% cheaper than anywhere else . Amazing value! It has arrived in perfect condition, no worries there.
The only reason I have not given the company five stars is that my query about the camera, when it didn’t turn up after 10 days, was not responded to. My package appeared to have been at the courier depot for nine days, which was odd. Unfortunately, at that same time their website went down for, as far as I could see, about 12 hours...hence my worry! I thought they had disappeared! Once my package started moving they started informing me that it would be delivered today, which it was, so I think the problem was more my impatience than their inefficiency!

Thought it would be fair to leave a review here.
I ordered a GoPro Hero 5 Session, it has now arrived; genuine and brand new. So, yes, this is a legitimate company.
+ Discounted and genuine high-value products
- Slow shipping time
- Lack of communication ("you message us first" kind of deal)
Ultimately you get what you pay for. If you have the time to wait around for shipping (mine took exactly a month to arrive) then, by all means, I would recommend this company. If you're in a hurry, stick to Amazon or other high street names.
They also only accept payment through PayPal. Worst case, you are still protected by them.

and they took all responsibility otherwise i would have never seen my
money back. costumers service is a really rude, useless and with no experience at all, she used to send me emails repeating everything i asked for till dpd sent my parcel back and they stop answering. they changed the company of my delivery twice without letting me know, and apparently the headphones were still on the way like 2months later. i never received them in the end and i lost all communication with the company to get my money back. long experience and tragic, millions emails. I ordered a Nikon lense and then changed my mind before it was dispatched. They accepted the cancellation without issue and refunded my money quickly.
I had ordered the wrong lense and ordered the correct more expensive one and received it about a week later. Perfect new working product that was well packed and delivered by DPD.
I know people moan about slow delivery but I waited for 6 weeks for a drone from another Chinese supplier. No problem, as I KNEW about the delivery times. So research the products and one thing is for sure, you will not be disappointed by these guys.
Well done and thanks to all at gadgetgadgetgadget.com

Despite all of the bad reviews, this is a great website.
I found a Casio G-Shock Rangeman, much cheaper than anywhere else so decided to go for it as payment is through PayPal. You can't go wrong as you are covered by their buyer protection, you can't argue with free shipping either. Low and behold, 10 days after ordering, getting confirmation and tracking details, it has arrived safely.
Very impressed with the communication from Lukas and over the moon with this fantastic watch.
Don't believe the bad reviews, this is a legitimate site with great prices and brilliant customer service. I'll order from them again and I'll recommend it to anyone who asks me.

I read all the reviews on here before I ordered a Sony Macro lens for my wife. I ordered it on 1/3/18, payed with Paypal, it was tracked and delivered on 12/3/18 and a full £200 cheaper that Amazon,Wex or John Lewis. Am I just lucky or are they a good supplier?

Never received the item and trying to get in contact with them is impossible. Avoid at all costs, also look out for dodgy 5 Star reviews saying people have received things, I’ve seen these type of reviews on other sites.

Avoid at all costs. No response from countless emails. Items that are out of stock are ordered so you could be waiting months (and they won't tell you this beforehand). For a small saving it's not worth it. AVOID.

Ordered a samsung gear s3 on 27th Feb received 10 days later and it's 100% real and new. It's takes a little longer to get your item but you get 100+ off the price. The customer service could be better thats why gadgetgadgetgadget got 4 stars. Plus your covered by paypal . I would 100% buy from gadgetgadgetgadget again.

I ordered a new PS VR bundle, what arrived was the original version that went out and was superseded six months ago, with no indication of this at all in the listing.
When I tried to return it I was told it I would pay for the shipping and that the return address is Hong Kong! On Parcel 2 Go the cheapest quote was 40 pounds to get it there in time for the "14 day return period". No where at all does it state in the transaction that they are in Hong Kong, or that if it is their fault you will still have to cover the shipping costs. I am very disappointed.

The Camera should have been delivered last week, DPD say it was logged on their system but has never been received, I have written many times for an update but nobody replies, I don’t care if it’s a week late as long as your updated on the progress. Very disappointing.

Customer service is so bad
We there's indeed good deals on this site. I bought a phone at least 30pounds less than any other website.
However my phone seems stolen/lost in delivery.
I wrote to their customer service many times but no answer from them. They just don't care.
To be honest, to avoid possible problem and nobody gives you a sh**, avoid this website!!!
