Ordered a Samsung X5 ssd harddrive (order nr. 110046651) on friday the 13th September from them and never got an answer back from them nor are they reachable by phone.
Their customer support is a disgrace and I will reclaim the order through PayPal.

They did not send the products I order and it past over 3 months to get my money back from them. I think I phone them over 50 times to receive the money back.

After you said that you did not have the goods, I asked for a refund of money to my bank account, after which my account was blocked.

01/16/2018 I have not received money to my account so far, the bank also says that the transfer was not made from you!
in the interval 11/01/2018 - 01/16/2018 I wrote to you 10 letters where I asked you to send a SWIFT bank transfer number, to which I did not receive not one answer, which looks like Ignore on your part.
I also tried to call the phone numbers that are listed on your site 0201 10 286 300; 0201 10 286 0 I called 15 times, each time answering machine answered, I waited for 2-3 minutes but the answer was not so!
You have terrible customer service and all the facts indicate that you do not care about your customers!

I'm from Italy, I made an order 15/09/2017 of 2300 euros, and from 21/09/2017 no one responded to any mail I sent, and I sent more than 9 emails. I had another order and I asked for annealing, they answered it right away (it was not paid yet). In my opinion this is a scammer. On Monday if I do not get any information, I'll call the police.

I had a very bad experience with this company.
To start it all off:
They advertise that they can ship items relatively quickly, I though great! finally a company who can deliver what I want (motherboard) within a reasonable time. But as time passed well.. nothing
It took them almost two weeks before they finally shipped my order (only containing one motherboard...)
I asked them multiple times in plain English and in their native language german (I'm not good at german) what the status of my order was but I did not get any reply. Also contacting them via the phone did not work.
They only seem to respond to emails / tickets when they see $ signs, when you ask them about shipping because when I asked them how to pay my order they replied within a few hours...
After waiting for 2 weeks my order finally arrived, Wohooo! I though however unfortunately it did not stop there.. When I opened the shipping box I noticed something else... The box of the motherboard looked like it was already opened and all four corners were slightly damaged..
They didn't even take the time to pack it properly! The whole thing wasn't even closed properly..
Alright so shipping sucks, support sucks, open box, what else can go wrong?
Well... The motherboard doesn't even function! someone probably bought this unit and returned it to future-x later but then broken.. So its likely that they don't even test their returns.
I had it with this company and I don't see any way how they are going to fix my issue since they wont reply anyway unless they see $.
I'm lucky that the product that I bought has good support from the vendor who created it.
I really had hoped that this company could deliver what they promise but it turns out that they just suck..
If I could give less then one star it would be minus 5 stars!
I will not buy anything again here!
Even sellers from the US has better delivery times then this company who's based next to my country

Awful communication, items were marked as "On stock" but shipping out goods took +9 days. I have sent 4 requests but not a single reply.
After all rating: awfully bad communication. Goods delivered approx 2 weeks later that supposed to be delivered

Ordered 6 items 28. May. All items were green, as in stock. I have still not received my order.
Communication with them is VERY slow. You need to write to them to get any update, and when you finally get an update (takes 3-5 days), they do not deliver on their promise.
I have also tried calling them, but after 20 minutes of waiting, a voice tells you that this call have to end now, and call ends....
Don't waste your time here, move on to a company that have any interest in their customers

I found a good price for a software Eur 32.49 at Geizhals.de and wanted to buy it of course-should never have done that as I know now more than 2 months after. Was visiting Conssumer Europe in the mean time . Can't help.
I could not right away buy the software had to get a password then next day got an e mail with BIG and SWIFT # then around Eur 20 extra and stated you have 5 days to pay us. Felt it like a threat and was in their spin.

So this people has it like "als Eigelb" the rest of us are just like a "smashed egg."
If you have your love money dearly and want to spend some write first of all to the
company and ask them what the total cost wil be paying with credit card.
If they want banktransfer just run away. Thats my lesson.
