I am so excited! Finally on 9th Sept 2019 and then on iPlayer the public will be able to share in the story of this wonderful company in Gosport which, thanks to its Owners Lewis Tribble and Joe Stickler has made such an impact upon the lives and business of hundreds of their customers.
What a memorable experience it has been for everyone.
What a shame that these two young men appear now to have left the company and may be working for another Comms company elsewhere.
I'm sure that any new comms company which they get involved in will benefit from their experience and their customer-facing approach.

This is the worst company ever I have now been told that chess are dealing with issues but surprise surprise they don't answer the phone or return calls
The have given O2 figures that differ from the contract and my bills are huge I am stopping my direct debit and hope everyone else does the same

f/c owed me £175 discount, contract finished. no money came. got hold of chess, they said yes will give you money back. told them was now on smarty for £7 month sim only.sam kemp from chess said sort you a deal. £17 month + vat for 36 months, what!!! looks like same as f/c. BEWARE sharks about

Nobody can deal with anything correctly. They never respond to emails and if on the miracle chance they do it’s just a standard templated email that has been sent out to everyone.
They do not give a crap as long as our money is lining their pockets for the lavish lifestyles they live.

I started a monthly contract of £75 which depended on Future communications providing a discount of £35.
Guess what - after a short time the discount ceased to be paid leaving me to pay the full bill of £75 with plan.com.
Avoid these people at all costs.!

The company is totally rubbish.
They do not deliver on what was sold to you. Misrepresentation of packages. Discount not delivered. Sales team sell a contract but then they sign you up with a different contract with a different tariff.
They never resolve issues or ring back.

If I could go no stars I would, been ripped off by future comms from the start of my phone contract now 6 months in to a 36 month contract, realised they have done the same thing to so many people.signed up for a deal that was too good to be true and it was a complete lie.

So, Future Comms have ceased trading, and a new business with the same addresses has just been set up. Not sure what's going on, just be careful.

How I wish I could give Nil Points!- What a shameful, unprofessional Company. I have learnt a bitter lesson from responding to a cold call!
My husband's Huawei phone died after 8 months nearly 3 weeks before we got a replacement-Lies and More Lies from many members of staff. Finally agreed on a small amount of compensation for all the inconvenience of £100 but get this! they aren't willing to refund me until November 28th 2019. How professional and courteous of them.
As for a system of £10 monthly credited to our bank account as part of the package-nothing received for the last 4 months out of 5.
Keep going Future-comms , you're going from strength to strength!

Scam artists please see “Future Comm Problem” page on Facebook.
They sold plans for Plan.com and Chess on O2 network, offering rebates that didn’t materialise. So poor folk are left with expensive Plan.com and Chess contract and no rebate- even though Plan.com and Chess could cancel the said contracts they won’t as they are profiteering from this unfortunate situation.

Future coms are thankfully not now trading
O2 told me some other company had taken over I tried calling them 90 mins no one answered the phone I then had further talks with O2 requested to speak to there legal department ha they claim they don’t have one so as far as I go my contract was with future Comms not O2 so I now signed up with 3 who I was with before the whole sad rubbish started with FUTURE CONNS O2 say when I ask fo PAC it will produce a bill I have to pay
I don’t think so contact was with Future CONNS not them so legally don’t think they can proceed much further we see
I think O2 should not allow third party companies to sell there products it’s just Gready mobile phone company’s like every Thuringia UK always is?
I been ripped off and not happy had to pay off 2 contracts because if this £1700+ not happy and not going to be bullyed by O2 I tried to talk to them they didn’t want to know further the reception on O2 has been appalling wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they claim to be the best think they need to look st others out there?

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
They continuously lie, set up spurious deals that they do not adhere to, charge you double what they say they will then say again and again that they are investigating your complaint without anything ever happening. You make a complaint somewhere like Trustpilot and they contact you then do nothing. Please heed this warning, I have given up trying to solve this now and am having to take legal action.

I have just issued a claim form online for the 3rd time! when will this company learn! How they are still trading is beyond me. A total JOKE of a company. I urge everyone to stay clear.
IF THIS COMPANY OWE YOU MONEY - go to money claim online and issue a claim form. I have done this myself and it takes about 30mins. You DO NOT need a solicitor. It costs £25 but you claim this back in the form. This is the only way you will get paid. Use your emails as proof. This is the 3rd one I have done now. They other 2 have been paid.

I woke up one morning and thought my life is going to smoothly, business is doing well family is ok I need to put myself through a world of pain, shall I get run over or stab my self in the testicles, no let’s future comms
Look after my work phones give me a price and then charge me 3 time that price and we don’t even get a signal at the office. Not in a million years did I think people could this, and don’t get me started on the helpline of 02 they are not interested.Hope to meet them all one day.

Been with future coms 3 yrs all was good till I renewed my contract. Was told my contract would be no different from my old one (so signed ) told I would get £50 month back seem to get every other month .( was told it was a direct debit payment).then found out I'd signed for a 2nd line. Which I've never recieved .pay 37 month. Tried to get out of contract as they've breach .02 not interested future coms don't speak .maybe get enough people we could get in touch BBC WATCHDOG .these companies should not be allowed to trade , something has to be done .

So they have succeed again to not make payment (2nd month in a row), and will not state when the payment will be made.
Customer services, try to make you feel like it was your fault.
Promise to call once they have a payment date, but not expecting one, as they never do.
I do expect the standard response "We are sorry you feel this way, we would like the opportunity to resolve this. ...." which means they will do nothing, yet again.
