I have never had so many issues with any furniture I've ever purchased. I bought the Boca Modular Home Office Set for almost $1500. Yes, people, $1500 for an office set.
Here is the LIST of issues I encountered with FurnitureCart:
1. I ordered the set on July 17 and it did not arrive until August 15 even though it was two week shipping. I didn't make a big deal out of this since I understand things happen and shipping heavy furniture takes a while, but it's still something to be aware of when purchasing furniture from this company.
2. One of the items I received was defective. The rolling filing cabinet drawer would not open or close correctly. I immediately filed a complaint with FurnitureCart. I received an email from Garry S asking for a video of this issue- yes, a customer service company did not take my word that their furniture was defective. I was frustrated, but I still obliged. I sent the video to Garry S, from FurnitureCart customer Service.
3. A few days after I submitted my video Garry S called me. He stated that I need to go to Home Depot and purchase WD-40 to put that on the drawer. I told him that would not fix it because the alignment of the drawer was off, not the lubrication. He didn't believe me and stated just go get WD-40 and put it on there and I'll refund you the cost of the WD-40. I stated that was an outrageous request and even it was a lubrication issue, I definitely would NOT go to the store for him and purchase that. Garry's tone was rude and he spoke to me like I was a child. After much debate and my request for a new rolling file cabinet he stated he would not give me new furniture but that they would hire a company to come fix the cabinet. Much to my dismay and frustration, I allowed because I felt like Garry backed me into a corner.
4. Fast forward to October 2- the company just now made it to my house and fixed my BRAND NEW furniture, 1,5 months after receiving it ( the rails were improperly placed and had to be physically removed and replaced- how about that for your WD-40 request, Garry S?!). The company that FurnitureCart hired, made two appointments and were no shows TWO times with no phone calls to make my husband and I aware. I had to call them after they didn't arrive for explanations. So lots of wasted time off work and wasted time scheduling.
I realize this is a long review, but bottom line, to save you the hassle of going what I went through, please do not purchase from this company. If you happen to receive defective furniture that you paid your hard earned money for, you will go through the terrible experience that I went through.
In response to Furniture Carts comments to this review:
It's interesting that this frequent statement is used by your company: "Thank you for shopping with Furniture Cart, we are sorry to hear regarding your complaint. Your furniture was shipped to you and you accepted your delivery signing the receipt “received in good condition”". So let me get this straight, I had 'curbside delivery' in MULTIPLE, very heavy, and incredibly wrapped boxes and you state that I signed off as 'received in good condition'?! The BOXES were in good condition, but how on earth was I supposed to know that the furniture YOUR COMPANY SENT ME was defective? I'm assuming you want all of your customers to make the delivery man wait until all of the boxes are opened to ensure the furniture is in good condition?!...give me a break!
And for your record, it was not shortly thereafter that I filed a claim, I filed it the EXACT same day and within hours of receiving the shipment.
Interesting that you had to mention the drawer was off by a couple millimeters. You saw from the video I had to send that it didn't close, no matter how many millimeters, centimeters, inches, or feet it was off, it was STILL OFF AND DID NOT CLOSE, so your inappropriate comment was totally unnecessary.
Lastly, the third party company FURNITURE CART hired, scheduled appointments with me and did NOT show TWICE. So NO, I was NOT satisfied. I wanted brand new furniture that was in complete working order.
As anyone can see with all of Furniture Cart's responses to reviews posted, they DO NOT accept responsibility and obviously do not have a satisfactory Customer Service Department. Seriously, I will never purchase from this company again and neither will family and friends, and hopefully you as the reader do not purchase from them either. Terrible experience and terrible company.

I was nervous to order online. I had very specific dimensions that I needed for my living room and I wanted a really high quality comfortable couch. The couch is exactly what we were looking for. Furniture Cart described the product perfectly. The couch was delivered sooner than expected and was delivered without an issue! This company was far less expensive then other sites with the exact same product. I will be ordering from them again in the future!

Be careful before you make your order. I ordered a set of living room recliners during the Labor Day week because Furniture Cart had a slightly better deal than some of other competitors even with their Labor Day promotion sale. The amount has been pending in my credit account. However, when I checked the status of my order last night, I was surprised to find out that my order had been canceled due to the items being out of stock and unknown new arrival date. I went to Furniture Cart website and the items that I ordered (and got canceled) are still being offered. I called Customer Service and was told that they still offer because the products are not discontinued. If you want to order things with Furniture Cart, you should be ready to deal with uncertainty of your order, time loss for searching and waiting, credit card checked, fund holding, because you may later find out that the order has been canceled. I lost my time searching and my other promotion offers. In addition, since the day we ordered the set of recliners, we started developing emotion with the set and later to only get disappointed by the way Furniture Cart deals with their clients.

Great company to do business with. The bar unit was very well packaged and crated.
It is very well made and attractive. Have had many compliments. Furniture Cart kept us informed about the delivery. Price was better than competitors.We will definitely shop there again.

Thanks for nothing. I spent 7 days searching the internet for a hard to find floor lamp. I was happy FIND it offered on your website ordered it only to find out two days later by looking at my account that you didn't have it in the first place. Nice I would give you NO stars but that was not an option

Items came shipped as stated, right in my driveway on wooden slats. The furniture was all adequately protected with Styrofoam and other cardboard. It took us weeks to get rid of all of it! No damage to products.

We received our order Friday morning. It arrived in the two to four weeks as promised! The packing of each item to protect it was amazing! Each piece was exactly as it appeared in the pictures on your website. I have been extremely satisfied with this entire process! We ordered a dresser from FurnitureCart and they did a great job.
When we received the dresser there was a problem with the dresser. They sent someone out within a few days and they sere not able to fix the dresser. FurnitureCart promptly ordered another dresser to replace it.
They were very professional and we would not hesitate to order from them again.

I took a huge chance ordering a couch, chair and ottoman sight unseen and on line. I LOVE THE PIECES! FurnitureCart made it so easy and delivery was so much quicker than a furniture store in my area. Will order from FurnitureCart again and highly recommend.
