I just read the stories of others and same here: ordered a table in August, it didn't arrive within 5 weeks, cancelled my order end Sept. We are in Jan now and after numerous calls, emails and promises, I haven't seen one cent back. They even closed one of their websites (demeubelexpress).
My next steps are police, incasso bureau and if even that doesn't work, then straight to a lawyer.
If you do order with them, do yourself a favour and do not pay in advance!

I also had disappointing experience with this shop.
After the order hasn't been delivered in a month I cancelled it. And ever since I am trying to get my money back.
Called and emailed them multiple times. They never emailed me back (only the standard "we will contact you within 48 hours").
And on the phone they come up with a new excuse every time: "I need to check with our accountant why the refund hasn't been processed yet", "the accountant didn't answer my email and I forgot to call him", "you will receive the refund this week for sure". I guess it will never end.
UPDATE: Two months and one bad review later I finally got the refund.

9 weeks ago ordered a table with 3 chairs via de shop, when buying all products were described as directly deliverable, few days later i hear fron the shop they would delay to 3 weeks, and that was only the beginning of my nightmare of calling them, emailing them and not hearing nothing. I feel robbed and lied to. Online shopping should be trustful and safe, and there should be no gap where criminals like the owners of this shop find a room to steal from people. Now my only way is to start a lawsuit against them to make sure my voice is heard and that the shop is inmediately closed to avoid further damage for other buyers.

Four months ago, in August, I placed my order at furni-store. The suggested waiting period for deliveries was estimated at 3 weeks. After thses 3 weeks it took me multiple days of calling to finally get through to someone over the phone. They happily informed me that of the three items I ordered one was in stock but the other two weren't. They were expecting the items by early September. Septembre came and I received no word from Furni-Store, so the multiple days of calling to get through to someone started again. The third day it finally worked, the phone was answered! An employee informed me the items were expected by the end of September and has no idea how anyone could have thought they would arrive early September. He assured me they'd let me know when the items would arrive to ensure a delivery as swiftly as possible. Swift it was indeed when I was called one draughty October morning to be informed they'd be delivering that very day, without further explanation the phone was hung up and I cleared my day to ensure I could receive the items I had been waiting for so long. But it wouldn't be Furni-Store if more waiting wasn't involved. The delivery van arrived at around 9PM, not exactly a time one still expects a delivery. After the two hlpful and friendly men unloaded the van I inquired why only two of the three items I ordered were present. Apparantly the one item they had in stock when I placed my order was by now no longer in stock and would be sent later.
We have now reached the four month mark. I regularly call the store to ask about my missing item but all I can hear is the distressing wail of a phone left unattended as per usual.
If you are considering ordering from here pay heed to my warning and that of others placed here.
I decided to still award a star because the items we have received seem to be of decent quality. Sadly I had no further stars in stock.
