Overall, the company's website is worth checking out. Funko.com carries the pop vinyls of the same name, t-shirts and other various collectibles. Their shipping time and communication is pretty good too. Just be prepared to deal with high traffic on the site on the days exclusives are put up!

Terrible Company To Deal With!!! I got a Stitch Tiki Box Set as a gift. It was bought in December of 2018 in NC and was wrapped and gifted to me this August 2019. I was so excited to receive it that when I opened it everything seemed perfect as I started to take items out the key chain was defective in its own package so never even opened from. I emailed Funko and told them about it and was wanting to see if they will replace it. They will not, they told me to take it back to the dealer or retailer to deal with it and they will only do the refund or replacement within the 15 days of purchase. They will not do anything to fix this issue. Pretty much your just out of luck. So don't buy as a gift for anyone unless your live in the same state and city and your gift is less than 15 days of purchasing and that's if they will honor that as well which from reading all the other bad reviews I seriously doubt it. Good Luck Funko Fans!! Hope this never happens to you because you won't get anything out of it other than your broke toy/collection. WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

They remove items from your cart as you are waiting to pay because they sell out to flippers. This happened a minute and a half after the product went live. Nowhere else has this ever happened to me. The flippers certainly had no problem getting theirs though, as the item was all over ebay the same day for 50 bucks and up. Terrible company with a lousy, confusing website to boot. They are doing the same thing Ty did with beanie babies and they too will eventually meet the same fate. Mark my words.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Received a broken product in the Toy Story 4 Mystery Mini figures and they claim to be able to do nothing about it. They are the company that create/manufacture them and yet claim they can not send a replacement. Instead they suggest I exchange for another one in store, which means potentially spending hundreds of dollars, just to get the one already unboxed. My niece is devastated that her favourite figure is broken and that she may not get another one.
All they have offered has been to “pass on my feedback”. What a joke!
They seem quite content with the fact that their customers literally have to pay for their mistake. Not impressed!

Funko claims to care about their customers and their fans. They don’t. Their customer service is atrocious. They’re one of the greediest companies that I’ve ever done business with.
Let’s go down the list of things that happened that they refused to fix in an even adequate manner. I’ve ordered two Pops from their Funko shop that have been lost in the mail during the shipping process. Of course, that’s not their fault right? It’s the postal companies’ fault. That’s the excuse that they used anyway. They refunded me in both instances, which is nice, but I didn’t want my money back. I wanted the Pops. Nope, both sold out. Sorry that they were lost, but there’s nothing more that they can do about it.
I once ordered a flocked Grinch Pop from BoxLunch. He was supposed to be holding a roast beast. BoxLunch never opened the boxes that were sent to them from Funko, you could tell. They trusted Funko to deliver the correct product. Obviously they should have looked. The Grinch was not holding the flocked beast. There was nothing in his hands. BoxLunch refunded me, but they were sold out (notice a theme here?) and couldn’t replace it. Funko said there was nothing they can do. It’s BoxLunch’s fault, they should have checked the Pop before sending it. They can’t replace Funko Pops that are exclusives to other retailers, even though they create and manufacture the Pops, and it’s their fault that there was no roast beast.
Skipping the fact that their Funko Funday party is impossible to get into unless you know someone inside the company (the password was leaked), and that their limited exclusives and Chase Pops make it almost impossible to get a complete line of something (83 Johnny Karate’s? Really?), there’s another thing that happened recently that was the last straw. I tried to purchase the Batman holding an SDCC bag Pop and the SDCC toucan Pop from their Funko shop. My check card is saved on my phone and it automatically loads when I select it. I’ve purchased over a hundred things that way on my phone, never once had a problem doing so. After I purchased the Pops, I received a screen that confirmed it was successful, and to wait longer than usual for a confirmation email because they were busy. Eight hours later, I still don’t have a confirmation email so I asked them why it hadn’t arrived. They replied the next day that my order was canceled because the card number entered was incorrect. The Batman Pop was now sold out, but I can still buy it by spending $210 on the SDCC Funko bundle. Are you freaking kidding me? First of all, my card always works that way, so I don’t trust that it was a card issue. I think Funko screwed something up due to the high traffic and blamed it on my card. Secondly, your way to make it up to me is to have me buy a $210 package of Pops to get the $15 Pop that I wanted? Are you kidding? That’s the greediest ish I’ve ever heard in my life.
I even provided a solution. Since the website confirmed the purchase was successful and told me to wait for a confirmation email before later telling me that there was a card error the next day, they could let me purchase it at the SDCC booth. I was at SDCC. Someone could contact the booth and ask them to allow me to purchase one. They were letting non-exclusive winners purchase them if they won a ticket lottery, or even just those that lined up Wednesday night at the right time, so they could make this right by allowing me the opportunity to purchase one since their website mislead me. Nope, here’s a 10% off code for the $210 SDCC package. Get the F out of here.
I will never spend another dime on a Funko product. Neither will my wife or our future children. We have spent thousands on Funko products and I’m embarrassed about that. I wish that I could take it all back. If only I knew that I was supporting such a greedy and miserable company that doesn’t give a damn about their fans, or about making things right when they screw up, I can promise that I never would have. I’ll be joining thousands of others, selling my Funko products and eliminating this side of my collecting habit. Best of luck to Funko and the collectors who still believe in them. I’m no longer one of them.

basically terrible customer service. it's clearly a company that doesn't care about their clientele at all. i have ordered several items online and have not had any form of tracking number or anything. typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to recieve an item. thier pop up shop is filled with glitches each time. and if you write them about refunds or issues you are having with their online store or at hq they don't respond. super disappointing considering they are supposed to be big on customer satisfaction.

This WAS my favorite place in Everett. My experience last week left me mortified. I’m not one to write a negative review or contact management but the discrimination I received due to my disability was beyond out of line. I’ve reached out over 5X to all the support emails and have been contacted by other management in departments that say I will hear back from the correct department. Well I have not.
Let’s start with the FACTS:
My boyfriend and I were huge funko fans. Spending money and visiting the HQ daily to pick up the new Pops. My bf sometimes waits in line at 5am to get limited releases. We have a great relationship with most of the Pop community and the HQ staff, or so I thought.
On this particular day I was denied access to the building and continued to be harnessed by their sexiest security guard because of my gender, disability and my medical equipment.
8 weeks prior to this incident my medical equipment aka service dog in training had an accident. I handled it immediately and cleaned it up. Received assistance from a long time employee known as Calvin and we lightly laughed after the initial humiliation was over. Since have seen him in the community and we say hi and vibes are good. He made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible and that was very kind of him.
My medical equipment in no way made anyone in the HQ feel in danger that day.
Since we have been back with my boyfriend present 5 or 6 times with no issues.
Now you got the facts here’s what happen:
On this particular day I was alone. I get inside HQ and the security guard immediately has an aggressive attitude towards my medical equipment and I which really caught me off guard. Recent visits were normal why was this one different? Was I because discriminated? Bc I’m a woman? Bc of my disability? I was very taken back. Instead of handling it professionally; which there are many ways of doing so; this individual continued to use his authority to make me feel dishonorable and embarrassed. Asking me to provide paperwork and demanding to know what my service dog “even does”. He continued to harass me about her vest, at that same moment a lady walks in with a wiener dog and he doesn’t say anything to her. I ask why she is allowed in with no harassment and he goes on to say it has a vest on. Wait so is my medical equipment being discriminated bc of the way it looks? The accident that happen weeks ago? There was never a clear answer and it felt purely personal.
As many of the employees know, my service dog is in training and growing rapidly fast at that. 15lbs to 55lbs in less then 4 months. She also clearly has an id tag on stating she is a service dog and nothings been questioned about her services up until this point.. My service dog is well behaved and assists me in the enjoyment of life. My service dog is also learning new commands daily to protect me if my disability has an episode. It’s not fair to discriminate me when your job is to secure the building and protect the funko community. My medical equipment and I in know way make any one feel unsafe. If anything we make the community a better place. Changing the negative stigma around bully breeds everyday.
Im disgusted in the way this whole situation has unfolded. Not a good look. I would highly NOT recommend any WOMEN with a disability and medical equipment to go by chance you get to be the one to be discriminated against.
On a side note, Brian, we were looking forward to a friendly summer on the lake. My mother in law owns the other palm tree house. But now I just hope you handle the security personal at HQ.
Happy hunting funko friends! Hope this makes a change at HQ and no one else has to endure the same terrible experience I did.

What started as a novelty has become a full blown obsession. I've gotten two boxes that came in crushed, which crushed my spirit. Otherwise my funkos are the greatest! Keep 'em coming and I'll keep buying.

Terrible customer service! I have been a fan and collector for years and have had only two issues. Neither issue was resolved or even handled appropriately. Terrible and rude customer service! If you email them plan to get a response half of the time. The other half you will need to resend emails and play the waiting game to hear back from their very rude customer service girl Laura. She is the worst!! So unhelpful and rude. Sadly this has made me realize that I would rather invest in other collectibles I love with companies that treat loyal customers well. I will continue to share my story with friends and fans who are also collectors and maybe they will think twice about shopping with a company who doesn't see the value of their customers and treats them like a number and dollar sign. Shame on you funko!
