Do not use, I had a mix up with the delivery company so never received my oppo suit and I still haven’t received a confirmation return email or a refund and it’s been a month now. I was then told to re-order and pay for another one which I have done. That one was the wrong size so I returned it and again haven’t received any email or money. I just keep getting messed about by the “customer service” team.

Waiting for my refund
I am wating for the refund since two weeks. I cancelled the order 15 minutes after buying, but the money was booked. I have written a few e-mails and they only have pretext.
I want my money back.
I have been told that the money will be returned within 48 - 72 hours (business hours). That would mean a further delay of 6-9 working days, that is two weeks. This is criminal action.

After weeks of emailing this company about a faulty suit, i finally got the returns info i needed and a promise of a full refund.
Three weeks after returning the suit, and several emails being ignored by them, ive still not received my £45.
Advise everyone to avoid buying anything from them unless you can afford to loose cash.

Do not order from this company. We ordered costumes for my birthday party and they gave us a date that would meet the date of the party, and then they sent us an email stating it would arrive 6 months later. I ordered another costume which did not work and it is impossible to return since this company requires you to ship it to spain. The cost to ship to Spain exceeds the cost of the item and that was unknown to me at the time of purchase. They have no customer service at all so you cannot get a hold of anyone. Terrible.

This company takes your money and then doesn't deliver the items. I ordered two backpacks for my children ready for the new school year. Upon ordering I was informed that one was currently unavailable but would be back in stock by the beginning of September. Although close to school starting, they should arrive in time though. Well, on the 2nd of September I get an email saying there is an 'incidence' with the order. One of the bags is now unavailable so they will have to cancel that one. However, I thought that was an annoyance but not a big deal as it was the remaining one that was the important one (my other daughter was extremely excited for this one). Well the day after, I get up and check my emails, only to find the same thing again. The second bag is now also not available so now they need to cancel the whole order! Now this one was apparently 'in stock' at the time of ordering so at this point they had had weeks to figure out that they did not actually have any in their warehouse and inform me. So now it is the day before school starts and I am having to drag them out to the shops to buy bags that they don't really want because there is no time left to order online. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely excited to find a yellow ranger suit at a good price on there website. After measuring myself I ordered my product. Money took instantly through PayPal and costume arrived within them scale they said it would. However the costume was damaged - pink dye on the white patches and was really big. I began the refund process which is NOT simple by any means (you have to request it and then await for them to accept it before you can send back). However I ordered myself another size as I needed the costume before the refund should have been processed. I recieved my next suit which was a size down. However this was was ridiculously small - upon closer inspection of the sizes, there was a woman’s dress size missing that wasn’t covered. Only 18-20 or 12-14. I returned both costumes in their original packaging, with everything they asked and by their courier. Its been nearly three weeks and still no update on their website on the status of my return and no refund in the bank. I’ve been emailing and tweeting and haven’t yet had any joy... and I’m just over £100 down. Will be taking this to PayPal/bank as a next step. It seems this company really don’t value their customers and really don’t like giving refunds with their ridiculously long and tiring process and terrible response time, if any response at all. There is also a 14 day window in which refunds can be issued and the company are blatantly dragging their feet to miss this window.

Appalling as took my money and did not deliver item. Five weeks later and many emails sent as they did not keep me updated at all, I am still without the product or the refund although it is still available to buy on the site. I would not buy from them again.

We received the order quite quickly but the head of the rabbit suit we ordered was too small so we had to return it.
Although bought through a New Zealand website the return address was in Spain so postage was very expensive ($51.70NZD).
It took several months and a lot of chasing before we received the refund but we did get it eventually.

15 July 2019 I ordered a Disney Anna and Elsa bag. The amount was deducted from my credit card immediately! But 07 August 2019 I have still not received the order. There is no customer service to contact and all Funidelia´s e-mail replies are generated automatically.
This seems to be a fraud web shop and I strongly advice NOT to buy at Funidelia.com!

Ordered a costume, didn't arrive by the estimated delivery date. Was told to chase my own delivery by customer service. DHL told me they'd lost the parcel. When I forwarded the information to Funidelia, I was promised a refund within 72 hours, which didn't materialise. Parcel turned up 3 weeks later, after the event I had ordered it for. Still no refund, and it now looks like I will be charged £6.99 to return the parcel in order to get a refund. Should have checked the reviews first...

THE WORST! Failed to deliver on time so we didn't have our costume for my husband's 50th Birthday party. I would not recommend this company. We ordered this item well in advance and they still failed to deliver on time.

This company is a shambles. I ordered a Cat-Boy outfit in April. It arrived and was incomplete. Missing the mask, feet and gloves. The item was returned and I was informed that all their stock was faulty, so could not be replaced. Since then I have been waiting for a refund. they told me that my return had taken nearly 3 weeks to arrive in their warehouse but was processed on May 20. Since then I have had no replies to my emails.

Ordered a costume and got a message a week later saying that the order was delayed. After that, I never got an order update on the new delivery date. Decided to cancel my order, but have not yet got a refund for this purchase. This was 8 days ago.
Also, they do not have any customer service, only a FAQ section, so if there is any issue, do not count on getting any help with your order. My order number is: 1592175 so please give me a full refund for this purchase.

Ordered a backpack for my kid at the very beginning of summer, at the end of summer I got tired of all the e-mails saying the delivery was pushed forward. So I cancelled the order. Now to the refund part... I told them the card I used was expired because I changed bank. And I asked if they could make the refund to my new bank. They responded with "Send us the bank account number". So I did. Few days later I asked where my money were. And found out they made the payment to my expired card... They refunded a card that doesn't exist, to a bank account that's closed and then responded: "Call your bank". GREAT service. They make an error and I get to correct it... Never again. Advising against this company.
