It arrived within a few days, but the quality of the product is very very poor. I got an adult harry potter cloak and feel very ripped off. The red is more of a pale pink and it is not long enough for an adult. Costumeworld.co.nz sell a similar product for slightly more and it is much higher quality than this. I would not recommend Funidelia. They are based in Spain and don't actually have a physical NZ location. There is no way to contact them, via phone or email. Just spend the extra money and get something local.

Would rate 0 starts if I could, stay well clear of this company, horrible experience from start to finish and to cut a long story short they will not refund me, their customer service is shocking and makes it impossible to actually contact them. I am now £50+ down as a result. Vile company

Ordered a Harry Potter bookbag and within the first 48 hours of use, the side cup holder was ripped, the zipper broken and this company would not replace it, saying it was "out of stock". Horrible service, wasted my money, and cheap products. Do not recommend!!

Order date 12/10/2019 your stated delivery date of 12/19/2019 arrived 12/27/2019. Was Christmas place settings. Not needed any longer, your return policy (unacceptable) nowhere on order that you were out of the United States. Now want to pay return shipping after paying org shipping and also Customs charges ! A waste of $55.00 No way of contacting these people, buyers be ware // LOL Now they reply with a form reply. You can not get in touch with anyone, they no how to get in touch with you, they have your phone number SMH.

Don’t buy from these guys. Got scammed for 150€. And they will not refund the money. Have not received anything besides a tracking number that doesn’t exist. It’s been One Month and i was promised delivery within 4 days. Will go further with this and Will not stop before i have my Money. If that means going to the police, i Will do that.

Horrible service and products.
Ordered something to find it it was completely SHEER (thing that was not mentioned on the website).
No phone nr for the delivery address for returns.
NO customer service phone nr.
DHL- the only company that would delivery the return, asked 8 times the price for the product.
so it was 30 euros, and I had to pay almost 200 euros for the refund delivery.
Why? How is it possible? if you sell to Romania, is it not appropriate to have a return address in Romania?
or at least to support yourselves the refund of such cheap looking products.
Had I seen the product or the unphotoshoped pictues, I would not have paid more than 5 euros for that!!!!!!

I decided that i would buy a costume for Halloween so i bought 1 for me and my friend. It said that the costumes would arrive just a day before Halloween if i ordered it soon enough cause it was some kind of offer that they'll guarantee it. Well big surprise it didn't and had no use to it so I contacted the costumer service and in my surprise they were willing to give full refund of order so that was nice. So i had to wait until the order would safely arrive to them so that they can start the refund But it didn't stop there they didn't the refund was apparently blocked and they would get into it quickly. So it would take 48/72 hours for the refund to arrive to me, it didn't..
Well now they sent me a proof that they sent the refund successfully but i don't see it in my bank account.

I don’t tend to write many reviews but thought I’d break a habit for these guys as they seem to get pretty slated on here.... whether I just got lucky I dont know, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by every element of my transaction with them!
They were the cheapest price for my ordered item. This was an “Opposuit” kids white suit for my daughters School Play. I needed this pretty urgently and it was only after taking a punt and placing my order that I stumbled over some pretty dodgy reviews. Thankfully I’ve had no issues at all, their ordering and notification system kept me perfectly updated and provided tracking references, and the item arrived exactly on time in very cool, fully branded packaging. As an added bonus the item itself (which had the potential to be a bit cheap and nasty) has ended up being really smart, pretty decent quality and and a great fit (although I’m glad I bought it on the larger size - apparently 10 year olds in China are the same size as 8 year olds over here in the UK!).
Great job Funidelia! I’m very happy and will order again 👍🏻

I will never use this website again. The delivery times are not trustworthy. I even paid extra for the express service and still arrived 5 days after the estimated delivery time. On top of that if you want to return it you have to pay the transport cost so it isn't even wroth the trouble to return it.
Awful service. I would not recommend it.

I'm just sorry I never read these reviews first I would have saved myself 80euro.

Great to say that my parcel has arrived!!! It only seemed to turn up once I made enquires with Australia Post, but however it did, my goods have arrived just in time for our event.
It is a real shame that this company insists on making contact with them so difficult, as if there were proper contact details, I would have been able to ask them my questions. But if you read the reviews on Trustpilot, most customers have the frustration of no contact with the company, or their contact being ignored.
Would I use this company again? I don’t think so - unless they update their policies to offer real customer service by providing contact details of some description.
If this simple facility was available, it would enhance their business no end.

I ordered products for Halloween. On the web site was promised delivery for Halloween. I specially paid extra for fast delivery but the products arrived 4 days after Halloween so I had to go and buy new products somewhere else the Halloween day. Now I should pay the delivery costs myself if I want to return it. Also, I dont know If I get refund or not? Seems like A lot of customers havent got refund. Dont buy from anyone that doesnt have contact numbers is my advice.

I decided to take a chance on this company because I really wanted a bowser hat I couldn’t find elsewhere for my son’s Hallowe’en costume. Anyway the product is perfect, communication was excellent and it arrived exactly when they said it would. No complaints. I saw all the bad reviews here so decided I should leave my review for balance because I genuinely would use them again.

I’m quite sure this is a scam.
Even so I will be doing all I can to get my money back. They cancelled my order after the item was apparently no longer in stock. It has been 3 weeks. Past the legal timeframe with zero communication. It’s theft.
It’s a shame we can’t give Zero stars. You can report online stores to ACCC or ICPEN.

My son really wanted a Minions costume for the Halloween this year. After a long research on the web, we decided to buy his costume in Funidelia website. What disappointment...
we received the product but it came missing the Headpiece, Goggles and Gloves. I only received the Jumpsuit...
I complained with their Customer Service and I'm still waiting for their return.
My surprise was their options to solve the problem that was:
- Send the article back and full refund
- Send the article back and we send a new one
- Keep the item and we will offer you a 10% discount for the error.
The third option is the worst. The costume is composed of 4 items and received only 1, they offer only 10% of discount. It should be 75% of discount!
The Customer Service is terrible! No solution so far.
I will need to buy another costume now from a reliable store.

Shipping Takes FOREVER!
Ordered my daughter's costume well before Halloween and there is now way it will arrive on time. It took them many days to even ship the order. I ordered my son's costume from costume world and they were amazing- fast shipping, good quality costume.
Don't buy from Funidelia.

The product didn’t arrive on time, 9 days after. The costumer has to pay for the return, in my case the return to Spain was almost the same as the price of the product, and they were not very helpful with the situation.
I would never recommend this place.

Bought a star wars outfit in November online for my son's Christmas. It was over £17 but within the day, the seam of the leg had come away and it was just a bit of material hanging from his crotch. The thread at the rear was also coming loose, as well as on the sleeve.
When I sent photographic evidence of the unsatisfactory quality, I was told I couldn't 'return' the product as I didn't get in touch within 14 days of purchase. I explained this wasn't a 'return' but a complaint re unacceptable quality made within a reasonable period. I was still refused a refund or a replacement (though I'm sure the quality would be the same!).
They must realise how poor their products are and are taking advantage of customers with poor customer service. Feel completely ripped off. Sad companies treat customers like this.

One item of my order wasn't in stock, so I got contacted by email and had to decide whether to proceed with the order without the one thing, or whether to wait for it being back available. I decided to proceed with the order immediately. It arrived very fast, well packed and everything was fine. Waiting for my last item for 2 months, it hasn't been in stock for the whole time, I decided to cancel it. I contacted the customer service, they responded quickly and sent me my money back without any problems. So if you take a bit of initiative and talk to them if there is a problem, everything goes fine. I can recommend this shop.

I ordered some Halloween props from them, and i'm very happy with everything.
The props are great, the customer service was excellent.
I had some issues with the delivery company and their customer service resolved the issue very prompt.
Long story short, the delivery company f..... up the delivery address and only the sender could rectify it.
I sent Funidelia a message and by the next day the package arrived at the correct address intact.
So, from my personal experience, I recommend them.
