I bought a scooter from Fun4kids opened it Xmas Eve to charge it ready for Xmas day for my grandson to play it Did not work done all the trouble shooting they asked me to do when I emailed . They said that they would send out new set of batteries which they did I struggled to change the batteries plugged in to charge STILL did,not work contacted again this time they offered to send a new motor and throttle I said no I could not do that because the severity of my disability I could not do that so I ask them to replace or refund now they are totally ignoring me never buy from them there customer blogs are certainly written by them so angry.

Extremely poor service and quality products. Bought a scooter for an xmas gift it lasted 25 minutes before it conked out. Seller doesn't provide a phone number for you to make any contact and literally ignores your emails of compliant. Not even intrested in helping to resolve an exchange or return. Shocking service. I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone ever. They then claim to have sentered me some kind of credit memo but doesn't show in bank or paypal, after a week of emails.

I ordered a scooter for my son, very soon after delivery the rear wheel valve broke off. I contacted Fun4kids by the only method available; email to ask them to repair or replace (Trying to be as flexible and accommodating as I could because these things happen). However Fun4Kids refused to fix the scooter and offered a new inner tube and then a new tyre for me to fit or someone else to fit at my expense. Why should I undertake a tricky replacement which might go wrong? I politely reminded them of their obligations under the Sales of Goods Act; that they are responsible for repairing or replacing unsatisfactory quality goods. However Fun4kids appeared to be uninterested in this and did not continue the correspondence. Unfortunately I was forced to write to them twice and without a response, to take them to the small claims court to retrieve my money. Fun4kids appear to have decided they were at fault as they generously refunded my money and my costs the day before a judgement was entered against them. I made the broken scooter available to them for them to retrieve at their convenience but they have not been in touch. This is my experience of fun4kids.

We purchased an electric car for our 3 year old for Xmas, unfortunately the spoiler was missing (could still use the car) so I emailed Fun4Kids, as soon as the office was open I received a response from Gary, who said he would post this to me, which he did & was received the next morning! Great car, fab price and excellent 'no quibble' customer service.

I bought a white range Rover ride on toy for my son's first birthday. Although it did arrive on time as stated and when we got it we was extremely happy With the product my son loved it he couldn't Wait to get in it. After we charged it we took him out on a ride around the block Everything is fine my son was smiling it was great. The next day we took him put again on it and again it was fine People stopped us in the street to say how wonderful it was and we Agreed at this point. Sadly the next day was raining so we didn't take it out, But the following day the sun was beaming so we decided to take him out in it again. This is where it all started we put him in but there was no charged to it at all it just wouldn't move so we Thought it must have been the Charger so we Bought the exact same charger to see if it was that but again It wouldn't work.
I tried to get in contact with the company but none of telephone numbers provided work I emailed which i only got one response and after them asking me to respond to their email I still never got no response to any other emails I sent. I have now sent an email to them telling them that im seeking legal advice which I am doing today. I feel sorry for my little boy now he just sits in the car saying "car car" out. and we cannot take him, how disappointing for him I hate to tell him no not today.
This company is very disappointing and I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them they have not come up with one solution for us I wouldn't of minded a replacement or repair but nothing Has been offered to us.
PLEASE PEOPLE JUST BE AWEAR.
( not everyone Experience from this company has been the same but mine has been terrible )

Ordered with this company 3 weeks before sons birthday! 2 days before delivery due i rceived call to say delivery would now be 4 days late, after my sons birthday! On calling company very poor attitude from staff member 'Gary'. He failed to phone back when he stated and i had to phone all day to get answer. I'm afraid his attitude of 'these things happen' does not help comfort 15 kids coming for a birthday party. Main attraction supposed to be a climbing frame. Please save yourself the grief with this crowd and shop elsewhere.
