By far one of the top component companies on the planet! With some of the best customer service I have yet to find. These guys will actually pick up the phone and talk to you unlike Shimano it takes days to get ahold of.
I've raced professionally on FSA / Vision product for years now, run bike shops all my life, and Bene professionally trained and certified mechanic and bike fitter for over 10 years.
as long as you use the product the way it's intended and are within your warranty they will back you up. I was at a pro Enduro mountain bike race and my crank from that competitors company began to fail the neutral support that was run by FSA not only got my bike up and running again but gave me a crank off of their truck because of the desperate situation I was in. I know that's a rare instance but I've heard in situations like that where FSA is doing neutral support, that that is the kind of service you'll get if you happen to be a Ironman athlete at Kona the Vision Booth is outstanding. I'm an FSA customer for life, no matter what some of the haters may say.

I have been a competitive cyclist for 45 years and own 2 Colnago, 1 Wilier, 1 Cinelli, 1, Rondelli, 1 Ribble, and 1 Dolan, each of these bikes are set up for a particular race. My bicycles are serviced and maintained by Paul Hewitt Cycle “I have never and will never use Japanese and or fake Italian components as suggested by your agent in UK Mr Harding, fsa.uk.
I purchased a Willier Carbon with an fsa Plasma handlebar, less than a year later during a routine service it transpired fractured and was advised by my cycle shop to contact fsa, I did and this is the response after weeks of being passed from pillar to post;
I sent an e-mail with pictures of the fractures and Mr Russell Harding fs auk, told me he could not find the break despite be being quite visible. I also offered to post it at my expense, highlighted the damaged area and resend only to be told a week later that the handlebar was a fake and oferred me 30% discount in my new fsa purchase?????!!!!!
I sent an email direct to fsa Italy , the response was; I think that my colleague has expressed badly, he didn't want to say that you have bought a fake consciously, but that the only thing we can offer is a discount for the purchase of a new product, obviously we can't replace under warranty a copy of our product.

My first and last personal experience;
This is my first experience of the fsa components and never again. I will remain with Deda, a faithful and reliable friend. Fsa Plasma handlebar cost £500 to replace and since fsa never attempted to inspect it closely, how could they claim it to be a fake or is it really the cost of replacement a factor? Will I ever recommend or buy anything associated to fsa, a dismissive company lacking care? DON’T THINK SO!
