If I could rate this company a 0 I would, maybe even a minus 5. Short story is I paid $206 for a unit programmed to my VIN. Installed in minutes. Had the locksmith come out and program the Passive Anti Theft System as instructed on the FS1 website. Only cost $150. Now I am into this for $356. The unit does not function at all, nothing. The locksmith ran the program a second time. Anti theft system recognizes both of my keys. New ECU still does nothing. Locksmith informs me that there were previously 3 different key codes in this unit and has never seen this before, and he does this numerous times a week. According to the warranty I can return it and pay $126.25 for restocking & re programming fees. Then I can pay the locksmith again. Sorry I am not stupid. Be forewarned folks, this is a rip off business. Do some research and spend your money elsewhere.

Really callous customer service. Definitely won't be ordering here again.
I'm not a professional mechanic, I'm a normal guy who's busy with life. I try to save money by doing some auto work myself when I can. When it came to switching out my car's ecu I decided it should be a job I could do myself. I ordered the ecu from fs1
After ordering the ecu from fs1 and doing the swap it wasn't communicating to program keys. I took it to a locksmith and dealership and neither was able to establish communication with the ecu. I contacted fs1 who issued an rma. Seems good enough so far.
Communication was lacking with fs1. I had to contact them multiple times to get the rma issued and had to pay for the shipping to return the faulty item myself.
The new ecu had the same problems, no one could get it to communicate properly to program keys. I did what I could to research what the problem was, but decided to give in and just let the dealership do the parts and repairs. Not cheap, but whatever.
Then I contact fs1 to return the ecu. They say they refuse to issue a refund because it is out of their 30 day refund policy, even though the item was reported faulty to them and spent over 2 weeks of that time in transit for an RMA. The person I chatted with said they were the only supervisor who could do anything, but that they weren't going to do anything about this. They would do another RMA - even though after 2 failures from them I just paid for the dealership to do everything for me.
I don't need another bad ecu from them, at this point I just need my money back.

Ordered a part for my truck on 8/24/19. Website showed shipping in 1-3 days, invoice said shipping in 1-6 days. Received warranty paperwork on 8/25/19. Called on 8/30/19 for update was on hold 16 minutes before it went to voicemail saying all operators were busy and to leave a message. I left a message. By noon on 8/30/19 I hadn't heard from anyone so I called back after another 16 minute hold the phone was answered by Kevin E. Senior account manager who told me my part was in final testing and would be shipping that afternoon and emailed me the tracking number ar 12:32pm. I went to the USPS tracking website to verify the tracking number and it showed that the shipping label was created on 8/30/19 @ 4:30pm. I thought that was weird since it wasn't that time yet but I went with it. So I kept checking the tracking and it never was updated. The FS1 web states that customer service is available 24/7 so I started calling only to find out that customer service is available only Monday-friday 8-5. I left messages, sent emails to no avail. Finally on 9/4/19 after 3 more phone calls with 16 minutes on hold I got someone on the phone only to be transferred to another line and have voicemail again, so I left another message. That night I received an email from Jon A saying that my order had shipped and to allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update as they ship on a manifest. Well I checked the tracking number again on 9/6/19 and it still had not been received at the USPS facility so I called again 3 times and after 3 more 16 minutes hold I got a person who again transferred me to voicemail, I called back again got the same 16 minute hold then someone answered and said "I just transferred you" I told them that's right and that someone picked up put me back on hold without saying anything 2 times then hung up, so she sent me through again to voicemail. I left another message. I received an email back on 9/8/19 from Jon A saying they had my order logged as shipped but the tracking should not take that long to update so he would get with the shipping manager on Monday and find out what happened. Well in the meantime I found Flagship one on Facebook and learned that they have a instant chat site so I started a chat and got someone on the line within 2 minutes. I explained my problem and Stephanie who was chatting with me said she pulled up my account and that the part had been finalized and would be shipping that day or the next. Keep in mind that was what Jon A said a week prior. On 9/10/19 @ 2:21am I finally received notification from USPS that they had received my package and scheduled delivery is Friday 9/13/19 by 8pm. What happened to the 1-6 days? It's been 3 weeks, I'm very dissatisfied with this company.

It took 2 tries to get a computer to work with my truck. No problems in returning the first one that did not work. Communication with them is slow but they do answer emails. Very happy with end result and will use them again if the need arises.

DO NOT use this company, I paid extra money for a "programmed unit" i installed unit, it was not programmed. contacted fs1 (you will not get through on phone) through my ebay, played there oh well our logs show it was done so that means it got done but if it doesnt work take the time to remove it and ship it back and once we get it we will send you another one. well it would be all good but since it took 3 weeks over the promised 5 days before, i refused to be without car for over another month over these con artists.. i could have ordered a junkyard one for 60 dollars. now i have bought a 200 computer that doesn't work, towed and now come to find out the cruise is defective and need another computer. tried to involve ebay but they are morons as well. DO NOT USE

Was a little skeptical ordering from Flagship One having read some of the negative reviews and customer rants on Youtube but decided to give it a try. The process was easy and effortless. There were several different models for my 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, but Flagship One researched the one I needed using my BIN Number. They kept me informed all the way throughout the entire process. I received an e-mail on Friday apologizing for the delay in programming. Not necessary as they were within the 1-3 day programming window. Monday morning the item was in my mail box. The process was way faster than I anticipated. The unit installed easily and truly was Plug and Play. The one thing I noted when removing the old unit was the original model number. The model number was exactly the same as they they sent. They were right on the money! I started my car with absolutely no issues. I no longer have the internal fault code that was present with my old unit. For a State that has gone overboard with new Inspection laws, I couldn't have gotten my car inspected without replacing the old unit. I would not hesitate to recommend Flagship One to anyone needing to replace their ECU unit. Customer Service was great and the experience exceptional. Thank you Flagship One!

Do not use this company, they did not provide the $900 part I ordered. They also gave me the run around for days, they would not cancel my order saying the only person available to issue refunds was not there. When I asked to speak with the manager she said they weren’t available and hung up on me. I had to dispute the charge as fraudulent with my bank.

The worst online merchant experience I've ever encountered. Ordered a PCM for my Jeep GC and upon arrival I installed and my vehicle wouldn't start. Replaced the original PCM that I had intermittent issues with and the Jeep started. Either the PCM I had ordered from FS1 was incorrectly programmed or defective. I finally received a RMA from FS1 after calling and leaving voicemails, email and finally through chat messaging. I was never able to talk with someone directly about returning and obtaining a refund. The transfer call always went to voicemail. After verifying the return unit had been delivered and signed for my FS1, I was told after more than a week the unit was in "testing" was due out that day and I would receive an email confirming this fact and the refund. Never happened. After a few days, contacted FS1 again and was told that I needed to return the PCM!!! What?1? They had the unit and I had a copy of the previous chat log to verify. Was told they would need to check with their shipping department and I would receive an email by the end of the business day. Did not receive an email. That was it for me. Enough. The worst customer service I've ever experienced with an online or in store purchase. I've disputed the charge and filed a complaint with the local BBB and the NY State Attorney General's office. To date, this has not been resolved after over a month of back and forth. Run, don't walk away from this merchant!

I purchased an ecu. Paid $75 for 2 day shipping. I was told 2-3 business days plus 2 day shipping. At 7 days still no ecu. They claimed they were having difficulty with their licensing and it will take a couple more days. I received the product after 3 weeks. At that time I was told I would be refunded my $75 express delivery fee. Today 5 weeks later. I’m still fighting them to get my $75 back and am not getting calls back by a supervisor or the account manager. Beyond this issue. The ecu wasn’t even programmed to my vin like it was sold to me to be! I had to pay another $250 to have the whole process which they were supposed to do correctly. They should have just refunded me all my money and told me they couldn’t do for me what they advertised to be able too. I could have just went to the ford dealer and paid less and had this done correctly! There was one sales rep whose name is Scott. He was responsive. But, once it came to getting my refund. It went to another department and got filed in the trash or something. He said he wasn’t able to do anything beyond updates on my purchase. I don’t usually write reviews on companies cause they are bias and one persons experience could be 100 percent different from the next. But, this is complete B.S!

I attempted to purchase an ABS module for a 2009 Toyota Camry. They told me the part I was trying to purchase was the wrong one for the VIN number I provided and suggested one with a $20 additional cost. I explicitly stated I needed to repair my ABS Control Module in an email but if that part was the correct one, please proceed. It took them another week to get back to me which was frustrating but the woman called me to ask for my credit card. I forwarded her the email that I had previously sent pertaining to the ABS Control Module and stated in the phone call that it was the part I needed. Fast forward 4 days and I received an ECM module in the mail. I was pretty frustrated and called the woman that I had previously spoken to. She told me that I had ordered the wrong part. I re-forwarded her the email and she said she would sent me the return shipping label but it would be a $80 restocking fee and 20% part fee. The whole part cost $160. BUT, that's not all. I STILL have yet to receive the return label. I reached out to customer service 2 days ago and still have not heard back from them. Truly a bad experience and I would avoid using them again nor recommend their services.

I had my pcm fail after 8 months of use. After 2 weeks of contacting fs1, filling out an rma, I finally got a return label to send back my defective computer. It's now been over a month of waiting and multiple promises of my part is in the mail. I was even given a tracking number that hasn't left their facility. As of 9/22/19, my vehicle has been out of service for 6 weeks, fs1 has my money and pcm. Do yourself a favor spend your money somewhere else.
Update: After being told that my part shipped on 9/16, they could not locate tracking so they printed out another shipping label and had another part shipped on 9/20, which never left their facility, on 9/23 they still promised me that the part had shipped even though the tracking number has not left their facility. On 9/24 I spoke to a 3rd manager and they overnighted me my part and it arrived was promised. My saga began on Sept 6 and hopefully ended on Sept 25.

Avoid this merchant. The worst experience I've ever had with an online merchant. Terrible customer service and product sales. The PCM was either programmed incorrectly or defective. After returning the unit, I have yet to be refunded the cost. I've had to dispute the charge and file a formal complaint.

FLAGSHIP 1 IS VERY DECEPTIVE IN BUSINESS PRACTICES, IF YOU ATTEMPT TO GET A REFUND, THEY PURPOSELY DRAG THEIR FEET UNTIL THE WARRANTY IS EXPIRED SO THEY CAN TELL YOU, NO REFUND, STORE CREDIT ONLY

I have an automatic 2006 Jeep Wrangler that's always shifted hard from first to second gear when first warming up. A while back the check engine light came on and my mechanic said I needed a new PCM. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find a PCM for an 05 or 06 Wrangler. I ordered a remanufactured one from FS1 and crossed my fingers and held my breath. Five minutes of installation time and my Jeep has never driven better!!! I can't even describe how happy I am! It's only been one day, so I'll update my review if anything changes, but right now I'm the happiest customer ever. I ordered it on a Saturday and received it 10 days later on the following Tuesday...not too bad. Thank you FS1!!!

Ordered a pcm for my daughter’s Ford. We chose the unit with the keys. Well I should’ve known when the locksmith told me the keys that were shipped were the wrong chip keys that there was going to be problems. Sure enough installed the pcm, followed their key programming instructions and nope didn’t work. Talked to someone at FS1 and she said the original keys couldn’t be in the car. Ok so tried again with original keys far away. Guess what didn’t work. Had to have a locksmith come and reprogram the original keys to start the car. Got the car started and now there’s a check engine light giving me a code that the Pcm is corrupted and needed to be reprogrammed. Tried several times to get ahold of someone there. When I finally did they pretty much told me I was s$&@ out of luck and wasn’t getting a refund. We did get the money for the keys back but they refused to take back the pcm because I filed a BBB complaint. Do not buy from them!!!! You are just handing them your money for defective products that you will never be refunded for!!

Ordered ECU Programmed Plug&Play on September 21, 2019. Received longer time than expected, when product was received the ECU did not work. Warranty, who knows, can't get anyone to answer any questions! They will put you on hold and after about 30 minutes just disconnect you. Can't get anyone to help you with the problem of their product! They have your money the whole time and no customer service.

Do not order from this company!!! I received the new PCM, installed it and 20 miles later the check engine light pops back on. I took the car to the dealer and they determined there was an internal defect in the PCM. I returned the PCM to FS1 and they are refusing to replace the module. This a pathetic company with horrible customer service...do not by from them!
