In February I had a new inverter from Fronius installed. There was som problem with the lan-connection which I could not get solved.
Today I contacted the support team in Austria for help. I got in contact with Ante Bikic from the support-team. Immediately Ante took over my pc and began the error investigation. After 10 to 15 minutes he had made some changes in my Fronius Datamanager and in my router. Now everything was up and running.
That's what I will call 'top support'.
