I bought their items at market for my brick and mortar store. I got one order that was placed. Months later to get the next order had to jumo through hoops to pay for the order. I had to make 2 payments. So I was expecting 2 orders, because I had ordered a lot of things. Well low and behold, when it came in I only got 1 order. So i contacted them which is not easy since they are in Spain, they had charged me for the order which I had already received and paid for months earlier, totaling over $500. Never got a refund, no responses, so I am out over $500. I would love for them to resolve this but they will not return any emails or social media contact. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM AT MARKET IN THE US!!!

Returned several items on my costs. Never heard anything back from them and yes: you can’t reach them on any channel! Be carful it’s fraud!!

I want to return my order but for a month now it's pending on their website. It came without returning labels they say it comes with. Weeks go by and they don't answer emails or social media. Never got a reply.

I have never received my order nor any refund money. I've tried contacting them through the website and facebook for a month already (I could not even find a phone number on their website!!!). Now I'm down 80 euros for literally nothing.

I really love their clothes but the service is terrible, or actually non-existent. I ordered 2 shirts online and received one with a small hole in it. According to their FAQ you are supposed to email them at their sac email address when you receive a faulty item, however they never respond.
They don't respond to any social messages or the email addresses they use there either.
When I apply for a return voucher in my account, it stays on "awaiting confirmation" forever. And it says you are not allowed to return it unless it is confirmed.
None of the phone numbers on the website are connected. So there you go. You receive faulty items and there is absolutely no possibility to return them or to even contact the people from Friday's Project.
I could simply send them back, which will cost me a lot! However judging from their non-existing phone numbers and ignore policies I do not feel confident I will ever receive my money back, so I guess the only choice I have is to have the broken clothes I payed for fixed.

I bought a pair of shorts on a trip to Barcelona in their physical store. When I arrived at home and unpacked my things I found that the shorts had a small hole. I wrote them immediately and got a quick reply telling me that i would be refunded for the inconvenience - a very satisfying treatment. Later on I bought a new item on their website. They did not fit me properly and I therefore wanted to return them. The only problem is that I am not capable of returning them due to not having a shipping address. I have written them several times in order to return the item purchased but they do not reply to any of my messages. Now I have spend 35 € and a massive amount of time writing them (probably around 7 times) without any results. I would say that it is bad handling of their costumers to not reply or give the opportunity to return an item when using a voucher.
Up until now I have had great experiences with this company but due to this one experience where they simply seem to be ignoring me and my messages I am writing this bad review of the store and will never shop here again.
