works with DPD delivery which says a lot about your standard of quality and customer care as a company. DPD failed to deliver, never rang the door bell, just didnb't feel like doing their job. The have the WORST rating - but after calling Fressnapf to set up a deliverry with another delivery service (one that actually "delivers" the package...and takes its job as delivering service serious..?!) - Fressnapf customer care told me that they were "very sorry" and will submit a customer complaint to DPD but that they couldn't offer me any other delivery option. Bottom line: I won't order any more dog food at Fressnapf. I bet this is a very successful way of building a loyal customer base (not!)....Hint: maybe Fressnapf should consider changing their delivery team? Imagine customers who actually GET THEIR STUFF DELIVERED?! I know, it seems revolutionary but please, dear Fressnapf, cut the ties with DPD!!!

The day my delivery was supposed to arrive, I worked from home. At 10:21am I got a message at DHL app saying that nobody was at home, they left in a Packstation next to my house. But for 12Kg Hundefutter + 12x400gr Nassfutter I am not able to carry all of this!!!!! It is always the same problem when I buy in Fressnapf that only uses DHL! With DPD I can track and they always deliver, they do not lie that I was not at home!
