Nice enough product. However, despite promising "No small print" they then tell you it will $180 for an ssl! No you cant migrate your own.. no you cant use a free ssl.
We wrote off a whole years subscription (no chance of a refund) as we will not deal with a company who treats its customers like this.

Their product is OK but their own customer service is horrible. Their staff genuinely don't give a care about you. They sent us an invoice that they claim is "due immediately" and now they are threatening us with a giant banner that says they are going to disable our account. We pay via a cheque in the mail on NET 30 terms and there was no problem previously. They won't even respond when I try and contact their email at billing @ freshdesk.com so I haven't been able to resolve this situation. I really wish they wouldn't just start threatening you with disabling the service, you think they could call or email first right?

The worst customer service, implementation and support staff. No-one cares they will simply disconnect your calls and never answer any sales upgrades or queries on billing. Typical small firm - copy competitors and provide 0 service.

We have been with Freshdesk for almost 2.5 years. Their system was okay, and you could hardly understand customer service people (poor English) but then they forced this "upgrade," and it is full of bugs and glitches. Our templates and canned responses are so poorly formatted now (you can't fix it), we have decided to move to a Gmail system and use an app. The worst part is when you respond all the responses go through freshdesk servers so have fun when you leave.
I would suggest all small business yay away from them.

I gave them 1 star only because I can log into my account. But can't do much more than that effectively. Customer Support and Tech support are useless. If you need anything migrated from Zendesk you might as well look elsewhere.

The Freshdesk team forgot the most important feature when creating a support case tracking tool, they forgot that customer service is what the most successful teams provide. Don't expect this from FreshDesk, they will tell you many things, escalate your issue but never perform as they should. Once the conversation becomes a challenge for FD, they disappear. This software could be good or even great, but the organization is more focused on marketing.

The worst service ever. Customer service arranges the phone call and after 30 minutes the agent just says that he cannot continue talking as he is busy, we may talk the next day. They are not even able to solve their technical issues, as I had to contact them several times for the same issue, and never got any solution for that. And after all, I only received an email of apology, They SUCK.

Our company has been using Freshdesk for the past year now, for the past few months I have been more involved in the background workings of Freshdesk. I have had to liaise a few times with Bharath, who is always willing to help my colleagues, or myself out. I must say that Bharath is amazing, I can always get a hold of him if I have any questions and he always responds within a matter of minutes. Keep it up!

Now using Freshdesk for over 2 years and it matches for 90% of our needs.
Freshdesk assistance Always available and mostly fast and accurate reaction.
Some new features take to much time before they become available or are not Always considered as usefull (ollthough they look so).

Freshdesk is being used by Simplilearn for the email management sine last 2 years and the experience has been great. It comes with bundled solutions for various customizations which helped us reduce our ticket management TAT significantly. To add the Freshdesk team is extremely customer centric and go out of the way for getting things done for you....

We've been using FreshDesk for over 2 years and have had very few issues with the product and their team. We have around 50 agents using 4 channels all through this system: email, live chat, phone, social media
- The team has been very cooperative in helping us set up and use the system for our unique requirements.
- Once you get a hang of the overall design and logic, the system is quite easy and intuitive to use - moreso than many competitors.
- We're currently on the Estate plan and the price is very good for what functions and features you get.
- They take your feedback and requests seriously. When testing other services, we've found that some of the larger companies didn't seem to care about our own requirements if their system did not offer it. The FD team were very willing to help adjust and even implement some functions to help us.
- Support team rarely gives an ETA (they like to use "soon" a lot) when responding to issues/requests and when they do, they are usually incorrect.
- If you have any ongoing requests or issues, you have to be the one to constantly push and request updates. We have some requests which have been pending for over a year and might have been left to rot if not for our weekly pushes. They rarely contact you proactively about these unless it is a major issue.
Still a 5/5 despite some of the problems we've faced with their support team.

Freshdesk is a very powerful tool for our daily handling with hundreds of emails. Efficient work between departments can be increased to a maximum, too. The adaptation of the fields and reports to individual needs is nearly perfect. We also love the quick support.
We fully recommend Freshdesk and Freshsales (CRM) in daily customer organization. Meanwhile it is indispensable for us!

We have just signed up with Freshdesk and have been using it for a short while.
My team is already familiar with ticketing and found it very easy to transition from our old software over to Freshdesk.
The support and training we have received so far has been outstanding! Thank you to Prashanthi and Akshay for your patience and guidance with my team. It is always nice to know that there is support offered for paid services that (hopefully) won't let you down.
Looking forward to working with Freshdesk for the foreseeable future :)

The support is excellent, the product is beyond amazing and my customers love it and find it easy to use!

Freshdesk is a powerful tool to offer a good customer service.
In comparison with other similar support sofware Freshdesk is easy to setup and configure with very intuitive options.
The agent interface is very comfortable and easy to manage for the agents. Our agents quickly adapted when we change to Freshdesk.
Another good point is the custom apps, very useful to customize specific features.
Freshdesk have a lot of nice features like the gamification, the system reports for the analitycs, the integration of differents support channels and, the most important, the attention service we recieve every time we need some support from Freshdesk. Always kind and effective. Excellent!

Have been using Fresh Desk for a year plus now and have found it to be pretty useful and simple to set up tool. I have been using Freshdesk for my company for several months (after using other help desk systems that were difficult and bulky). I absolutely love the ease and simplicity of the Freshdesk system.
From the start, the customer service has been stellar and using the system has been a joy!

As soon as we switched from Zendesk to Freshdesk, we regretted that wedid not make that change from the beginning. Freshdesk runs very smooth,you have many options to configure the portal to you needs, including hand-madeplugins and many add-ons. And, most important, they offer excellent andfast customer support.
