As previously mentioned here, I purchased a pair of Gevavi S3 safety clogs from this company. Following the review on this site and the company's response I returned the goods via the agreed courier, the clogs were tracked and received. Over two weeks have passed and still no response or refund, customer care is not a high priority!!

I Wish I would have looked at these reviews before I spent my money . It will not happen again. I will spread the word. Order num 1065 please tell me why I have not received any emails or tracking numbers. It seems like y’all don’t have a problem taking my money before the product is shipped . I think that is called stealing here.

Terrible terrible service as mention ed by many others on here.
Bought a bag 4 years ago with a 5 year warranty which broke. Sent the bag back to Frank a month ago and the one time I was able to get through on the phone I simply got told "it's with our supplier there's nothing we can do"
I tried to call yesterday, on hold for 30 minutes then the assistant hung up the phone when answering?!?
Worst customer service I have ever received.

I ordered a Karlsson clock from Frank over 2 months ago and still have not received my item. I paid 60e for this. They have now stopped responding to my emails about getting a refund given i have not received my package! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased a pair of Gevavi S3 safety clogs with warranty in March, although these are only worn a maximum of 3 hours per day the soles are already worn through to the wooden base. I contacted the company on the 16th August and forwarded photographs of the damage. As yet I'm still waiting for any response regarding the warranty conditions or a resolution. The clogs cost in excess of €80, definitely not value for money!

I ordered a promotional item from here. Have written 3 emails and still have not recieved any emails back. I either need money back or I need my stuff. The one email I did get said that it would take 3 weeks for me to get stuff. If it doesn't come by Saturday I will be going to the bank and having them reverse the charge. This is getting ridiculous. I'm going to try to write another email tonight. In every email I include the order number in the subject.

I ordered a rucksack but returned it requesting for it to be exchanged with another bag. There was an outstanding balance that I needed to pay. Frank sent me a link to the invoice for this outstanding balance but this did not seem to work. I have tried to get in contact with the company repeatedly (5 emails and one unanswered phone call) over the last week and have had no response. Either they enable me to pay the outstanding balance so I can can receive the product or I want my money back!

Frank have a very warped idea of their customers and customer service. They see their clients as part of their supply chain, not actual paying customers who expect service. Their service staff apologize superficially, but only to 1) lay the blame elsewhere in teir supply chain and 2) get you to do what they want, as if you are part of their supply chain. Actual service is nowhere to be found in their corporate thinking.
I have informed them of this, but they simply ignore the glaring truths - they apologize, lay the blame elsewhere, and close ticket, all over again.
That's the thin red line you also see in all their responses here on this site.

I ordered a shoe rack, in color silver, similar to the two I already have. Somewhat later than originally indicated, they delivered in color white! I called them, they sent me a return slip - I had to bring the item to a DPD post point, some 2,5 km from my home.
They sent me a new shoe rack, and picking staff were instructed to make sure it was silver. Yet they again delivered a white rack. Again they insisted I must return it using the DPD post point.
Via DPD, the first wrong item has now been returned to Frank but they write it may take some time for them to check it. The second wrong item has been at the DPD post point since Saturday and will probably start to make its way to Frank today. God only know when that will be processed by Frank.

Poor customers service. I have sent many email to cancel my order no2695758 because the delivery date is so late and i wont be home to receive the products because i will be abroad for months. Delivery date is also not specified. Please response asap. Cancel my order and send me confirmation. I waited for hours on phone to get contact without no luck!

I ordered a light in black version, had to wait a whole week extra on the delivery despite the website still stating "we can ship it in under a day".
After the long wait i received the cheaper grey version (all shops seem to price it about 5 euros cheaper than the black one i paid for.) and still awaiting reply from their service to attempt to set this straight."
Edit: After a 1 star review the service skyrocketed in speed and adequacy. I hope they improve on this in the future.

Don’t shop at FRANK!! The good reviews you see at trustpilot is when, there’s no problems. If you need to change your purchase or it is broken at arrival, there is no service or help from FRANK. I have for weeks been waiting to get my money back after receiving a broken glass water dispenser. Don’t risk your money at FRANK!!

Frank sold an item out of stock (a backpack), then kept changing the delivery dates. It was only when I spoke to someone on the web chat, they informed me that the order will be cancelled. Had I not done this, I would have waited in good faith for the late delivery. Very disappointing experience - I don't recommend the retailer.
Edit: so many days later still no sign of my money coming back - I paid by paypal which does immediate returns. Again, extremely disappointing.

I purchased 2 sweatshirts from their website months ago... they took the money out of my account instantly but here I am months later with no merchandise, I have emailed them probably a dozen times asking about my product and haven’t gotten a single answer. I’m very unhappy with their customer service. If I could give no stars for my review I definitely would!

It is hard to believe that anyone operates in such manner! I ordered an item as a gift for a friend (order no.2728506) and then I received the message that the item item will be delivered in January... It is September now!!! I will not be even at the delivery address at that time, nor have a need to deliver a gift almost half a year late...!
I did write an e-mail, filled the customer service contact form, tried to call multiple times, and all of it for nothing. This "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is ridiculous! Three days of calls and the only thing I get is an info that there are no international employees available and it directs me to a Dutch (so I suspect) 'customer service' where I am always 4th, or 3rd (so I suspect, I'm not a Dutch speaker). The situation does not change even after 20 min. of waiting, and every minute costs me an extra fee!!!
The website states that the return of the item is possible, I CANNOT RETURN AN ITEM THAT WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME IN FIVE MONTHS! Therefore I expect refund as soon as possible!

Ordered a set of knives £250+ since they have moved delivery date several times extending date to 2 weeks and more for delivery. Tried to contact customers services several times on different platforms no luck whatsoever. Currently have no idea where my product is and how long it will take! SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I still until now have not had any response what so ever to my 6 emails to the support regarding order 2655939. I made a return in April of a item that was broken when it arrived, I specified on the return note I DIDN’T want a new lamp, just get a refund for the broken one. Four months later I get a new lamp without ANY information before that it was coming!!! Not a single word. A serious store does not work like that. At least if there was a confusion, someone could have contacted me before sending this to me asking if I still want it, remember it’s been four months since I made the return!!! Now I don’t get any answers to why they did this and how I can return this lamp that I DID NOT ORDER!!! I want a returnform NOW in my email. You wrote one day ago answering my review you would fix this now.. well, is now tomorrow or next week or when ?! Seriously, this store just keeps getting worse and worse. A nightmare experience!! People, stay away from them!!

I ordered a goal post as me and my friends were heading down to a cottage for the weekend which had a swimming pool, they said the delivery will be 2 days, this is the reason I ordered it. The order was delayed 3 times and eventually came but during this time I kept emailing them to let them know I wanted to cancel the order but no acknowledgement was given, I tried phoning and no pick up. Still to this day I have received no contact from them and I want to return the parcel they sent and get a refund but it is so hard to get in contact. I have sent another email and hopefully I now get a response but this has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with and I strongly advise all future customers to think twice before shopping here.

Delivered wrong colour product. I returned it and over two months ago and they are ignoring my requests for a replacement or refund despite confirmation that the product has been returned. Customer service is terrible. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a set of headphones from this service and after two weeks, they still hadn't even been dispatched....it was too long to wait and there was no indication of when they would be able to dispatch them. I fell for their cheap prices but unless you're willing to take the risk of waiting quite a long time for the goods to arrive, I'd stick with the more expensive reliables...In fairness, there was no problem at all with refunding the cost and they responded very quickly to my request to cancel the order. So customer service was efficient. And I feel bad for any company trying to compete with Amazon....once you get used to Amazon's efficiency, we judge everybody else by their standards...

Literally cannot fault this shop! Item was far cheaper than rival shops and the process from ordering to delivery was faultless! The item arrived in perfect condition and the product itself was fantastic. I would certainly recommend to other from my experience. Thank you Frank!

Placed order on 30/05/2019, delivery date was 02/06/2019. Since then I received 7 emails that the delivery date has been moved. Right now it is July, without an exact delivery date.
Emailed them to cancel the order on 06/06/2019. No response after 5 days.
After calling and using the live chat tool, order was canceled, and hopefully refunded soon.
