Ordered a lovely daybed from this company. It arrived 4 weeks later as expected (delivery between 2-4 weeks). I paid for the White Glove Service and I’m so glad I did. The delivery guy was very pleasant and he had the bed assembled within an hour. I certainly couldn’t have done this myself so it was an extra well worth paying for. Very pleased with new bed. It looks lovely and it’s very comfortable. 😊

I ordered a chest of drawers from FH and it has taken 6 weeks to get them delivered due to their dysfunctional delivery planing. I have spoken to FH over 10 times by phone to organise this, each time having to call up myself as the unhelpful female on the 'customer service' phone did not ONCE offer to call me, I was told each time you have to call back. Every time to organise delivery to be told 'we don't know when they are coming to your area' This company only organises deliveries 24 hours ahead. The drawers are ok but unless you never leave your house I would not buy anything from this company.

An absolute pleasure to deal with this company from start to finish. I ordered an ottoman bed and the delivery was made within the lead time and the product is fantastic. I will definitely use Franceshunt again and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Looks nicer than the actual quality or lack of should I say..
It looks like chip board with the odd square of gloss board placed over the top giving it a quality look but made on a far less budget.
Waited ages for this sideboard and when it arrived there was no power plug with the LED lights.
The two delivery guys were friendly and professional.
The elder of the two delivery men said he would put in an order the minute he gets in his van so they would send out the power supply and two more LED lights as he said the two I have look faulty.
I rang up but no order had been placed but the lady on end of phone said she would order the power supply for me.
Five days later there’s no delivery or email or confirmation of the order so I rang up yet again and she said she is waiting to hear back from the supplier. I said this is not good enough as it cost me £600 and I waited well over a month for delivery.
She is still trying to sort it out and I will update this feedback/review when it is resolved.
I had to correct the men on a few things they were doing wrong in regards to putting this cabinet/sideboard together whilst putting it together.
I could of put it together myself and saved myself £60.
The furniture visually looks ok/nice but the quality and the messing around I am still going through to get the plug and two lights sent out is not worth it.
Judging by the quality of the actual thin wood and also my experience in putting furniture together, I would NOT recommend Francis Hunt Furniture.... well not at the price paid for. I wouldn’t of expected to pay for more than half of the the price.
Just spoken to manager (I called yet again) and he said he has my missing/faulty parts and will get them to me in the next couple of days..... I shall
Today items arrived And it certainly adds a better visual appearance but still doesn’t seem £600 xx

I have been chasing Frances Hunt for around 7 months to get a furniture unit without faults to my property. I am speaking about a simple drawer!! After several attempts, they can never get it right. Still chasing and waiting to get a final solution. They expressed disappointing about this never ending process but at no point they express any concern about the inconvenience, time, cost and effort that chasing this order for so long has caused me. A sensible company would have offered compensation for having to deal with this nightmare situation. The solution proposed by Frances Hunt is to get a refund but they will take the piece of furniture away from my property and this is unacceptable for my tenant. I have asked multiple times to have the opportunity to contact and speak with the General Manager of Frances Hunt but they never provided any details. This is an incredibly frustrating experience. I am sharing this experience because I would not recommend anybody to buy from this company.

We ordered a few pieces of furniture for our new flat, was unsure about delivery but Frances Hunt done their best to work around me and my working schedule which was great. The beds are of a good quality too as it’s hard to know when buying online but I’m really really pleased! Will be back to buy some more bits soon

I wouldn't buy a bed from anywhere else. Fantastic service from all at Frances Hunt. We ordered a bespoke bed with firm and medium mattresses that link together. A perfect nights sleep for us both. Well done to the team and their knowledgeable advice.

All I can say is this was the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced.
If you receive a product that looks nothing like the pictures and does not resemble the written description, they have a statement in their terms and conditions to try and squirm their way out of it. They also attempt to penalise you financially along the way by charging you the collection fee (in my case, they were trying to deduct approx £170 from my refund!!!).
Dealing with the Customer Service desk and "Marino" the "Operations Manager" was both highly insulting and stressful. They did their very best to delay my request for prompt communication and to avoid fully reimbursing me for both a defective product and a product misrepresented on their website.
Spend your money and time dealing with a company who value customer satisfaction and who take immediate responsibility for their errors. I only got my full refund after almost a month of constant email complaints. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
P.S Frances Hunt - I DON'T want a reply from you as I have wasted more than enough time and energy dealing with you.

I have had to put one star to write a review if there was an option to give zero I would ! Ordered a set of shelves 3 weeks ago, fair enough it did say out of stock when I placed the order so waited for communication for FH for stock. A week later heard nothing so sent an email to be told the items were being unloaded and somebody would be in touch to organise a delivery time. No communication was made and when I sent yet another email I was told it would be with me the next day but at an unsuitable time, I then chose to ring and organised a morning delivery for last Thursday 11th June. I received a voicemail from the driver Malcom at 13:15 (yes not morning) to be told he was struggling to find the house as the sat nav wouldn’t recognise the postcode. Rang the driver 6 times to help him find my address and no answer. Then contacted FH customer services who promised me call backs on 4 separate occasions and none arrived. Finally spoke with Marino one of the managers on Monday who said the driver had issues on Friday i.e. his sat nav and his phone had packed up simultaneously even though his phone was still ringing !!! I have now been promised yet again that the item will be delivered again at the third attempt on Wednesday 17th June after yet another failed promise from Marino to deliver today 16th June, please avoid at all costs, all communications are paid lip service and they never contact when they promise to.

I purchased 3 pieces of the Pryce range of bedroom furniture which was delivered on time by very helpful delivery men who carried it all up 2 flights of stairs. The pieces are such good quality and arrived in perfect condition. Would use them again

I ordered 2x wardrobes on 06 February and paid £70 for the express delivery. On 20 February (14 days later) only 1 of the wardrobes was delivered and the 2nd wardrobe was delivered on 25 February (19 days from the date I paid). Still waiting for a refund of express delivery fee. They did apologise, however, hopefully I will get my money back. I'm happy with the wardrobes. Value for money.

Very bad delivery experience! I have twice bought wardrobes from this company,each time I paid for the premium white glove service,which involved having them unpacked and assembled,which was done,with no problems at all.
I placed an order for another set of sliding door wardrobes,and again,paid extra for the Premium white glove delivery service. This time,at first they were reluctant to carry the wardrobes upstairs.We are both pensioners,and they did then agree to do that,but they refused to assemble them,or unwrap them,leaving us with heavy wardrove doors,a bag of screws and hinges,and absolutely no instructions at all!
It took us nearly 2 hours get them finished,there were no indications of which way up the doors went,or,how the hinges and locking mechanism worked. When I complained to Frances Hunt and asked what we got in return for the extra payment we made for the white glove service,I was just told that the delivery service was nothing to do with her!!
Any one thinking of paying extra for this service,would be advised to get written confirmation of just what they are paying extra for - a very bad service in my opinion,and I feel that we have paid all that extra money for nothing at all!!

Absolutely shocking aftercare. I received a unit that didn't have the right dimensions, it was a lot smaller than the description and also didn't look how it did in the picture so basically not what I ordered. I contacted the company which I keep getting told its being passed onto someone else. The picture and description has now been updated to the correct measurements. My unit was also chipped. They clearly are not going to do anything about sending a replacement. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

When you order there's no mention of when it's going to be delivered.so about 2 weeks after I ordered I got in touch.apparently there had been a problem with my paypal-fair enough.why didn't anyone get in touch though?
They always answer your email,saying they'll chase it up but they will never keep you informed voluntarily. It's like they take your money and forget about you until you start nagging them.it doesn't seem like it's a proper company. The website seems great,you'd imagine they were for instance like a big company like marks & Spencers but the service they provide makes me wonder if it's just a new starter in an office by themselves.I came to the realisation ,after seeing many negative reviews (why oh why didn't I take notice?)that they just DO NOT CARE about the customer at all.

Very helpful when you are spending money but try and get a refund when you happen to cancel an order. Order was cancelled day after placement, chased multiple times for a refund and was told it would take 14 days. Terrible attitude on the phone, especially Marino. I wont be giving them a second chance.

Despite having stated delivery time of 1 - 2 weeks on the website, I heard nothing from them. They also don't have an online account area where you can check. They ignored my first email, and after a month when I called they then decided to arrange delivery - but only when the van was in my area. On the day they were due to deliver, they arrived hours earlier than stated so I missed them. They couldn't give me a redelivery date on the same day so I cancelled. Apart from the abuse I got on the phone, they decided to keep the enhanced delivery I'd paid for of £29.50 AND £75 worth of the item itself. I can understand keeping the delivery part, but the £75 makes no sense - I'd be due that back if I cancelled within 14 days after delivery, as noted in the law. Reporting them to trading standards.

Worst online experience ever!
To celebrate our first Christmas in our new house we hunted high and low for a new dining table. Online reviews made us believe Frances Hunt Furniture were a company we could trust so we ordered a new dining table in October. At the point of order we were told we would receive the table before Christmas. Every two weeks we called Frances Hunt for an update and at every point we reassured. End of November Frances Hunt gave us a delivery slot of week commencing 18th December 2018. On 14th December Frances Hunt called to say the earliest they could delivery is end of January 2019.
The best Frances Hunt could offer was either a table we would never have chosen from a list of tables they had in stock or a full refund.
We opted for a refund and we were promised this would be processed and with us within 14 days. It took 8-weeks to receive our money having chased and threaten legal action.
A shockingly bad experience from a company who showed no interest in one of its customers. Buyer beware!

Do not order from here! I placed an order on the 1st Oct 18. I didn’t have any update from them so I chased them. I was informed the product was out of stock until Dec. I was then informed it will be back in 5th Dec. I have contacted them again today and the product I ordered will not be in stock until Jan 19. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your money but don’t provide the product!

Poor quality, unsafe bed frame sent to me as a customer with a serious medical condition (which they knew). Their couriers canceled on the morning of the delivery after I had disposed of the old bed to make room for the new one. After the initial very prompt response to my complaint, promising rectification, I never heard from them again. They have the money now, so I can just lump it I guess. Shame though as the design of the bed was lovely. Avoid this company in case you have any issues with quality or delivery - they won't do anything to resolve it. And they only post the 4 stars and above Feefo reviews on their website, they delete the 1-star reviews to falsely represent their customer satisfaction statistics! Got to be a law against that somewhere - I'll ask Feefo since it's their product that's being used to mislead consumers.

I ordered my bed mid December it says on the site up to 2 weeks delivery I didn’t receive it until January ( over 3 weeks) it takes them 2-3 days to reply to any emails the bed arrived with 3 connectors missing ( these are imperative when the bed is in 4 parts ! Again 3 days to respond to the email, they said the parts would be sent out in 48 hours 6 days later still waiting !!!
